ALL KINDS OF TAILOR-MADE COURSES ARE AVAILABLE. ANALYSE YOUR LEVEL AND WE WILL MAKE PERFECT TRAINING FOR YOU.

In todays competitive marketplace, with its everchanging demands, it is more important then ever for companies to have personnel development strategies that are dynamic, flexible, and future-oriented. Flexibility and willingness to adjust training solutions based on customers requirements are the cornerstone of our Training Services. The WLSA range of training offers has been carefully selected to help achieve maximum product service life. WLSAs main priority has been to provide our customers with training solutions to achieve maximum product life cycles and consequently optimize the products performance. Of course, safety of machines and operators is of paramount importance and all our training products help contribute to achieve this goal. Over the years we have used Wrtsils extensive knowledge and experience on marine products to develop an efficient program of tools and methods for our training services. Operator safety is our main concern and therefore we have developed a wide range of training opportunities to help minimize the risk of personal injuries and maximize operator safety and product lifecycles. Help your product to achieve its maximum service lifetime! Every product has a pre-calculated service lifetime. However, research has shown that for various reasons, not every product achieves it. Important stages, which have a major impact on a product lifetime, can be recognized during the products lifecycle. These lifecycle stages are purchasing genius original spare parts, mounting, lubrication, alignment, operation, basic condition monitoring, maintenance and disassembling. All these stages are extremely important for achieving the maximum service life of a product. By applying the right maintenance and operation practices as well as using the correct tools, you can considerably extend your products life and increase plant productivity and efficiency. Taking all the above factors in consideration, we focus on you as our customer, your issues, needs and to match these with new and emerging demands. WLSA is also the platform for upgrading skills and performance quality of our own global Wrtsil Service network experts. Our wide variety of training courses and workshops, are now at your disposal we look forward to welcoming you soon Your sincerely

KEY ENABLING FEATURES IN MANAGING LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT

Learning and development are critical processes for enhancing productivity and organizational performance. Research shows high-performing organisations share certain features in relation to learning and development as follows: They align and integrate their learning and development initiatives with corporate and business planning by reviewing existing activities and initiating new learning programmes to support corporate plans. The corporate culture supports these initiatives and addresses cultural barriers to learning. Their managers invest in, and are accountable for, learning and development.

They focus on the business application of training rather that the type of training, and they consider appropriate learning options, de-emphasizing classroom training and allowing staff time to process what they have learned on the job in line with adult learning principles. They evaluate learning and development formally, systematically and rigorously.

activities can be designed to deliver specific skills in a short period of time in order to meet an immediate need, or designed to achieve broader effects over a longer period. The activities can include on-thejob training, development opportunities, such as special projects, practical and simulator supported training, as well as mentoring and formal classroom training.

OUR SERVICES
We are committed for a long-term partnership with you and our experts will be helping your organization to establish and implement well-proven processes ensuring that your investment in Training and Development turns into clear and measurable business benefits.

WHAT DOES LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT MEAN?

Learning and development encompasses a wide range of activities designed to improve the capabilities of people. Capabilities comprise not only the technical skills and knowledge people have, but also their attributes, attitudes and behaviour. Learning and development
