Software Suites
is a collection of computer programs

Example:
Office suite- is a collection of productivity programs intended to be used by knowledge workers. Internet suite- An Internet suite is an Internet-related software suite. Graphics suite- is a software suite for graphics work that are distributed together. Integrated development environment- is a software application that provides comprehensive facilities to computer programmers for software development.

Web Browsers
a program used to view HTML documents

Example:

Opera- The Opera browser is free, and it is the smallest and fastest browser in the world! Opera started out as a research project in Norway's telecom company, Telenor, in 1994. Safari- Safari is a graphical web browser developed by Apple and included as part of the Mac OS X operating system.

Windows Live Mail- is a freeware email client from Microsoft. Outlook Express- is an email and news client that is included with Internet

Word Processing Example:

Microsoft office word- is a word processor designed by Microsoft. It was first released in 1983
under the name Multi-Tool Word for Xenixsystems.

notepad- A pad of blank or ruled pages for writing notes on. Wordperfect- is a word processing application owned by Corel, but with a long history on
multiple personal computer platforms.

Emacs- Emacs is a class of feature-rich text editors, usually characterized by their extensibility. Corel WordPerfect- is a word processing application, now owned by Corel.
