W H E R E A S :-
1. Ashirwad has through separate registered sale Deeds
purchased various properties being all that pieces and parcels of agriculture land situated at village kalwad, Patwar Area (Revenue department chandwazi) Land Revenue officer ,tehsil Amer , District Jaipur (rajasthan), total area admeasuring 6.50 Hector equivalent to 26 Bigha and more particularly described in the schedual hereunder (herein after referred as “the said properly”).
2. Ashirwad is desirous of appointing Shri Santlal Valmiki Age
55 S/o Bannaram Valmiki Caste Harijan, residing at Harizanka Mohalla, Nahar, Tehsil Nahar, Dist. Hanumangarh (Raj) as the true and lawful Attorney, to Solely, do, perform and comply with all the acts, deeds and any other related matter in respect of the said property as are hereinafter contained in the name and on behalf of Ashirwad.
NOW KNOW YE ALL MEN AND THESE PRESENTS
WITNESSETH that for M/s. Ashirwad Agrotech Pvt. Ltd., represented through its director Shri Suresh kumar Ballai pursuant to resolution dated ____________do hereby nominate, constitute and appoint Shri Santlal Valmiki Age 55 S/o. Bannaram valmiki ,caste Harijan, residing at Harizanka Mohalla, Nahar, Tehsil Nahar, Dist. Hanumangarh (Raj) (hereinafter referred to as the “said Attorney”)as the true and lawful attorney with right power and authority to act solely in all matters relating to the property including those hereinafter mentioned and do all or any of the property including those hereinafter mentioned and do all or any of the property including those hereinafter mentioned and do all or any of the acts deeds matters and things and to exercise all or any of the powers and authorities in the name of and on behalf of Ashirawad hereinafter conferred that is to say :
(1) To execute all the required Agreement for sale,
Converyance Deed, Supplemental Agreement, Rectification Deed, Confirmation Deed, Sale Deed, Transfer Deed, Assignment Deed, Surrender Deed, Lease Deed, Declaration, Affidavit and / or any other deeds, document’s, writings under any nomenclature whatsoever to transfer ,assign and surrender the right, little and interest in the said property including but not limited to transfer, assign, surrender of the rights, leasehold rights, tenancy of Ashirwad with respect to the said Property and structure’s standing thereon, on such terms and conditions and in such format as the said Attorney may deem fit and expedient and complete, complete, comply with all the related formalities.
(2) To execute all the above referred deed, documents,
writings as stated hereinabove in clause no.1, in the name of and on behalf of Ashirwad with respect to the right, title and interest in the said property of Ashirawad and to appear before any concerned Sub-Registrar of Assurances or any other of the Registering Authorities and to represent and/or lodge any documents for registration and admit execution of any document’s executed in the name of and on behalf of Ashirwad by the said Attorneys.
(3) To carry on correspondence and to sign and deliver
and register paper and documents including various forms, applications, undertakings and writings as may be required from time to time and admit execution thereof before the Sub Registrar of Assurances or any other registration authority.
(4) To act for and appear and represent Ashirwad
before all the concerned Government authorities, judicial , Quasi Judicial Authorities, and government Offices in connection and with respect to the said Property.
AND Ashirawad for itself and for the directiors,
successor and assigns do hereby agree to ratify and confirm all and whatsoever said Attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
