SIMPLE PRESENT

Usa-se o Presente Simples para expressar: a) um fato, uma situao atual ou uma condio geral. Ex: I live in Braslia. b) uma ao ou acontecimento habitual. Ex:I get up at 7 oclock every day. c) verdades universais. Ex: Birds fly. d) aes futuras planejadas. Ex: The plane leaves in 20 minutes. Para conjugar qualquer verbo no Presente Simples, basta retirar a partcula to do infinitivo do verbo e acrescentar S, ES ou IES 3 pessoa do singular (veja regras abaixo). Observe a conjugao de alguns verbos nas formas afirmativa, negativa e interrogativa na tabela abaixo:

Short answers, como o nome j diz, so respostas curtas e so utilizadas quando a pergunta requer apenas sim ou no como resposta.
