To inculcate among the students a God-fearing attitude, patriotism and nationalistic values.

ABSTRACT

Bobadillia, Alvin G., Fernandez, Michaela C., Rocamora Jewerson G., Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Laguna State Polytechnic University, Sinliloan, Laguna, 2010 Computerized Enrollment And Permanent Record Keeping System of Mabitac National High School. Adviser: Mr. For-Ian V. Sandoval Manual handling of school record is very sophisticated task. However, through the implementation of Network-based automation of students record the enormous of manual task have been solved. The study was conducted at Mabitac National High School Mabitac, Laguna. The system covered the securing of all the students permanent record As well as it generate report of form 137, and form 138. This system provides a network-based enrollment system that automates the manual transaction during enrollment; it has a capability of storing retrieving, searching, editing, printing, and even generating enrollment summary report, class list report, and issuance of receipt in a fast, accurate, and presentable way. The proponent used prototyping technique for easy modification and development of the system. The software was developed using Microsoft Visual Basic6.0, Adobe Reader SQLYog as database as well as Adobe Photoshop 6.0 .It was design to speed up the process of enrollment and generating report in a least period of time.
