Who has inspired you in your life and why? Hint: Someone you want to emulate in your life, quote reasons for the same. 5. What was the toughest challenge youve ever faced? Hint:Cite an example of the challenge along with your strength that helped you face it. 6. What are your hobbies? Hint:Mention only the hobbies you can talk about. 7. What do you know about this organization? Hint: This question is one reason to do some research on the org before the interview. ( core line business, competitors, main head office location, names of current top management) 8. Why do you want to work for this organization? Hint: How you skills set fit the requirements of the organization . 9. Explain how you would be an asset to this organization? Hint: Substantiate on your key skills and how would those skills help you contribute to the organization. 10. Why should we hire you?

Do you have any questions for us? Hint:Always have some questions prepared. Related to career growth and learning opportunities. 14. What have you done to improve your knowledge in the last year? Hint:Include improvement activities that relate to the job. 15. Are you willing to relocate? Hint:Be open to relocation. This question checks your adaptability. Cite an example as you are studying in LPU, away from home, it wouldnt be any hassle to you. 16. Are you applying for other jobs? Hint:Be honest. Keep focus on this job and what you can do for this organization.
