Location Qualifications

Khor Mor Kurdistan Region (Iraq) Bachelor of Science in either Engineering or Computer Science Preferred e degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Maintenance Engineering Develop, produce and maintain Field Life Plan, Rolling 2 Year and 90 Day Maintenance Schedules for activities, resources and budgetary planning for all Kor Mor facilities. Provide planning support for all Kor Mor facilities covering all aspects of Maintenance and Engineering Change to ensure activities are completed in accordance with the Business Plan. Provide Emergency Response Group support as Materials and Logistics Coordinator in the event of an emergency for all Kor Mor facilities. Evaluate, establish and implement planning systems for Erbil Engineering At least 20 years experience in petroleum processing facilities, refineries, petrochemicals and pipeline construction At least 10 years of that experience in the role of planning Experience in multi-cultural groups EPC, Commissioning, Operations Supervision of local nationals or third-world nationals Experience in setting up planning systems Highly experienced in Level 5 planning and implementation of shutdowns/turnarounds Experience working for a Major Oil company Experience working for an EPC contractor Project Planning and Operational Planning Highly-proficient in Primavera, SureTrak, Maximo, andmaintenance (JD Edwards or SAP) planning Establishing planning systems Planning experience in at least 2 continents or very different cultures Experience in changing from one planning system to another mid-project Experience working for a smaller independent production company Schedule Maintenance and Engineering Change activities in consultation with Facilities Management and Erbil Office

Duties

Personnel, providing Installation Managers 90 Day Plans revised and issued every fortnight. Develop, produce and maintain Field Life Plan for activities, resources and budgetary planning for all Kor Mor facilities and issue the plan annually. Develop, produce and maintain Rolling 2 Year Schedules for activities, resources and budgetary planning for all Kor Mor facilities and issue the schedule quarterly. Act as the principle interface with the facilities planners and the 28 Day Integrated Plans for activity execution update of the 90 Day Plans. Assist Site Supervisors with detailed weekly maintenance scheduling when requested. Assist planning of maintenance campaigns and shutdowns, including creating and updating detailed schedules and reporting on progress. Produce look-ahead schedules for facility maintenance activities and major shutdowns. Produce monthly maintenance reports for management including maintenance KPI statistics. Monitor, promote and implementlatest best practice maintenance planning techniques with the approval of the Engineering Manager. Act as emergency back-up to the Engineering Manager. Coordinate Materials and Logistics requirements in emergency situations which affect the AOAT Operations.
