2013 MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAMME Programme Overview The Management Trainee Programme at HKEx has the goal of nurturing

Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for high caliber talents with the following qualifications who aspire to grow within HKEx to be a future leader: Bachelor degree holder with good academic record (anticipated second honour or above); major in Finance / Accounting / Economics / Law / BBA is highly preferred Less than 2 years work experience after graduation Good understanding and enthusiasm of the financial services in Hong Kong Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English; proficient in Putonghua is preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and prepared to take responsibility of own decision and action Good team player Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
