Syllabus For INTEGRATED COURSE IN ENGINEERING/TECHNOLOGY(MTM) OF FIRST AND SECOND YEARS

(Effective from the Session: 2013-14)

INTEGRATED COURSE IN ENGENEERING/TECHNOLOGY/PHARMACY/ARCHITECTURE/HMCT


1.1 Objective a. To create technologists and engineers from all branches ready with management skills. b. To ensure that the graduating students are Industry Ready with management skills c. To inspire students to start and run own ventures in their basic field of study with good business skills & knowledge. 1.2 Degrees Awarded This course is five and half year course integrating management courses with undergraduate courses in Engineering/Technology/Pharmacy/Architecture/HMCT with a six months internship leading to: Bachalors Degree a. In Engineering/Technology/Pharmacy/Architecture/HMCT after successful completion of 4 years (8 Semesters). b. In Architecture after successful completion of 5 years (10 semesters). Master of Management (in respective discipline), MTM for Engineering/Technology,MPM for Pharmacy Management, MAM for Architecture Management, MHM for Hotel Management on successful completion of : a. Bachelor degree in Engineering/Technology/Pharmacy/Architecture/HMCT, b. Credits in Management subjects in semester III to VIII for Engineering/Technology/Pharmacy/ HMCT along with Bachelor degree curriculam, OR c. Credits in Management subjects in semester V to X for Architecture along with Bachelor degree curriculam, d. Credita at IX and X semesters for Engineering/Technology/Pharmacy/ HMCT , OR e. Credita at XI and XII semesters in Architecture and f. Completion of 6 months internship in the respective discipline in XI semester for Engineering/ Technology/Pharmacy/ HMCT ,OR g. Completion of 6 months internship in XIII semester for Architecture.
