How to Schedule for the PMP Exam Outside of North America

Candidates outside of North America can schedule to take the PMP Certification Examination at PTC sites by calling the telephone number that corresponds to their preferred testing location from one of the following lists. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will ask for: 1. the testing program: Project Management Institute; 2. the name of examination: Example: (PMPG German; PMPK - Korean) If you applied for and where granted approval by PMI to test on one of the eight language translations, you should inform the CSR of this fact. If you did not apply and therefore were not approved by PMI to take one of the eight language translations, you will only be allowed to take the PMP. 3. your PMI identification code: the code ends in E and can be located at the top of the eligibility letter. Note: if candidates received an eligibility letter that contains a voucher number, this number is no longer needed in the new registration and scheduling system. Cancellations/Rescheduling of scheduled examinations must be made no later than noon (12:00 p.m. local center time) seven calendar days prior to the scheduled examination appointment. Candidates who do not see a PTC site in a city in close proximity to them should still call Prometric to schedule to take the exam. Candidates who reside in one of the eight areas that appear at the end of this listing should contact PMI directly for scheduling instructions.
