SACRAMENTS

Dear Family, Power to the Tower! This week we began gold leafing the upper portion of our clock tower along with tuck pointing and adding more powerful lights. I thank Chellino Crane company for their donation of their crane this past week. The gold portion of the tower has long been a vision of mine that I have shared with many parishioners, especially our Parish Council. Our golden tower is a sign of Gods glory in our midst that our church, school and entire parish is committed to giving glory to God in all things. I pray and hope in the years to come when people look at our church tower in the day and the night, that their minds and hearts may be raised up to give glory and praise to God. Our church tower will be a powerful sign of Gods presence and power for all to see and come and experience. Let us all continue to be reminded to give glory and praise to God for all he has given us. In the Lords Love, Fr. Jim Curtin

The fast-paced nature and rapid rate of change in today's world can serve as obstacles to experiencing peace and serenity in our lives. However, by following the example of Mary in today's Gospel by taking the time to pray each day and listen to Jesus, Christ's peace can reign in our lives and hearts no matter what obstacles we face.
