SALES CONDITIONS: Minimum Quantity: Indicated with price Price: EXCLUDING VAT Warranty: 24 months from shipping material, in no event shall OMB Saleri be liable for any indirect, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages, including without limitation any claim for damages based on lost revenues or profits, however caused. This supply shall be governed and interpreted according to the Italian law. Any and all disputes shall be finally settled by the Brescias competent Court (Italy); nevertheless OMB Saleri shall have the right to act before the Buyers Court. Delivery: The delivery terms are not of the essence and grant OMB Saleri the benefit of an appropriate period of grace. OMB Saleri shall be entitled to deliver as agreed with a tolerance of +/- 5%. Partial deliveries allowed.

Validity of this offer: 60 days without changes in the basic raw material current price. In case of oral order, Buyer shall send back this confirmation order duly signed for acceptance within 5 days from the receipt. Should OMB Saleri not receive any express Buyers acceptance within the above term, this confirmation order shall be considered as tacitly accepted and binding for Buyer. Packaging: OMB sells complete box only. Therefore note the Quantity per box described on this offer before make your purchasing order.
