HUMAN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT CONCEPT

Training in ELSA
Since the implementation of the Training Orientation Programme (TOP) which is the basic structural framework for general Training at all levels of the organisation, ELSA has tried to develop its members through the provision of training at said levels. Supplemental thereto, the Human Resources Development Concept (HRDC) now focuses on the individual member and his/her development according to the required skills, knowledge and attitudes for the respective positions in the organisation. The fulfilment of the concept presumes a Director for Training at local, national and international levels of ELSA. According to the job description it is the responsibility of that Director to ensure the development of each individual member. Referring to the philosophy statement HRDC tries to ensure that training resources and activities are used to contribute to our aims and our philosophy.
