If you are using the Microsoft(R) Windows(R) XP (32-bit) or Windows Vista(R) (32
-bit) operating system, after you have installed the ThinkVantage(R) Client Secu
rity Solution 8.21.0006.00 program on your system, the Password Manager plug-in
is dimmed and disabled in the Mozilla Firefox 3.5 Web browser.
This is a compatibility issue between the Client Security Solution 8.21.0006.00
program and the Mozilla Firefox 3.5 Web browser. This installation package prov
ides a patch to help you solve the problem.

What you will need

If an earlier version of the Client Security Solution program is installed on yo
ur system, you need to upgrade the program version to 8.21.0006.00 first. Then
you can apply this patch.

Downloading the package

1. Click the file links on the Web page to download the files.
2. When prompted, select a drive and directory to save the
downloaded files.
3. Make a note of the file name and location of the executable.
Installing the package
======================
1. Click Start -> Search.
2. Click All files and folders.
3. Type tvtcss821_patch_ff35.exe in the All or part of the file name field, and
then click Search.
This will locate the file you just downloaded.
4. When the search result is displayed, double-click the tvtcss821Patch_ff35.exe
file.
5. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the installation.
