2go Spicy Chicken Pasta 3 cups penne pasta (boil) 2 T butter 1 tsp red chili paste 1/2 tsp jeeru 1 tsp salt 1 tsp arad (tumeric) 1tsp aromat 2 breast fillet chicken (cubed) Melt butter on stove, remove from heat. Add spices. Add chicken cubes, braise till done. Then add : 2 Tablespoons tomato paste 3 Tablespoons mustard sauce 3 Tablespoons tomato sauce 3 Tablespoons chili garlic sauce 2 teaspoons mixed herbs Mix well and braise for a few minutes. Stir at regular intervals. Now add 1 cup grated cheese and 1 cup of fresh cream & 3/4 cup of milk. Mix well add boiled pasta, simmer on low heat and serve hot.

Nandos Chicken -----------------------Recipe: for 1 Chicken. After marinating, steam Chicken in pot with a little butter on fast for 5min. Take out and put on a grill / braai / oven to brown. Sauce: In the same pot burn out water from the left over sauce and add: 1/4 cup butter. 1/4 cup lemon juice. 2 tbs nandos mediterranean sauce. 2 tbs nandos chakalaka sauce. 2 tbs nandos garlic peri peri sauce. 3 tbs mayonnaise. 1/4 tsp peri peri powder / chili powder. Allow to sizzle and then add the Chicken to sauce. Best served with savory rice & chips & a crisp green salad. Chicken in middle & rice & chips on either side,put extra sauce & allow rice & chips to soak it up.

CHOWMEIN 1/2 kg chicken fillet cubed 2 cups boiled egg noodles 1/2 tsp crushed green chilies 1/2 tsp white pepper 1 tsp garlic flakes 1 tsp brown sugar 1 T soy sauce salt to taste 2 T oil 1 ( 250g ) pkt French Stir Fry ( original recipe call for fresh veg which is Julienned, I find using the stir fry much quicker & easier since it has the same variety of veg, is already julienned & the quantity is just perfect ) 1 punnet mushrooms sliced 1/2 cup chopped spring onions 1 onion cut into rings Stir fry chicken in all the above ingredients in a large wok, apart from noodles & veg. Add veg slowly & stir fry until done. Now add the noodles & toss well. Sauce: 1 tsp brown sugar 1/2 tsp salt 1 T soy sauce 1/4 cup water 2 tsp corn flour Mix sauce ingredients & add to the above mixture. Simmer on low heat for a few mins until sauce thickens.

Nandos Strips & Rice kg chicken strips. 1 tbs peri peri nandos sauce. 2 tbs lemon juice. 1 tsp lemon pepper. 1 tbs peri peri oil. tsp tumeric. tsp garlic. Little dhania. 1 tbs chicken spice 1 tbs barbeque spice. tsp chili powder. 4 tbs mayonnaise Cook chicken with ghee (leave wettish) RICE : boil 1 cups of rice. add tsp tumeric, tsp lemon pepper and 2 tsp salt. separately braise 1 onion with ghee. cube 1 green pepper. add 1 tbs spice for rice and a tsp paprika. mix all together. sprinkle more salt on strips & rice if necessary. you can add tbs nandos sauce from the top.

Fego chicken Marinate chicken fillet (butterfly ur fillet) in : 1 T nandos sauce (lemon & herb,peri-peri etc) 1 T sweet chilli sauce 1 T portuguese chicken spice lemon juice 1 tsp sesame seeds 2 T golden syrup Fine red chillies Cook in butter. Serve with wedges or salad and buns

Saucy steak 1kg rump steak 1 tsp steak and chops spice 1 tsp barbeque spice tsp lemon pepper 1 tsp fine red chillies tsp salt to taste 6 T tomato sauce 2 T mustard sauce 1 punnet mushrooms sliced 1 small onion cut in rings Julienne 1 green pepper Marinate steak in spices and sauces and cook in butter until tender. Saute onion rings in butter, add pepper and mushrooms and add to steak just before serving. Steak Express 500g tenderized steak cut into strips 2 Tbsp oil 1 tsp chilli garlic paste 1 tsp garlic paste 1 tsp red chillies 1 tsp lemon pepper 1 tsp crushed cumin 1 tsp salt 1 tsp barbeque spice 2 Tbsp vinegar 2 Tbsp oil 1 small onion 1 med green pepper 1 med red pepper 2 Tbsp peri peri sauce 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce 2 Tbsp mayonnaise 1 Tbsp tomato sauce Combine all the ingredients except the oil and marinate the steak for 2-3 hours. Heat the oil and stir fry the steak for a few minutes. Add 1 cup water and cook until steak is tender. Heat oil and stir fry the onions and green and red peppers and add to the steak. Finally add the sauces and simmer until slightly thick. Add more salt or chillies if required. Serve with either chips or bread rolls.
