TRAINING MODULE The broad objectives of the workshop are as follows:1. 2. 3. 4.

Phase -1 Duration 1 hour Objectives:-

Ice Breaker

1. To increase the comfort level of the employees 2. To provide an opportunity for the employees to understand each other. Procedure:1. The training team is divided in groups of two employees ( aged and young employee) 2. 10 minutes will be given to them to understand each other and know the maximum about each other 3. After this they will introduce each other to the other group members. What are they suppose to know:- strengths , weakness, personality, work related like s, dislikes and whatever they consider relevant and important.

Participants should seat in a circle Place certain objects in the middle Tell the participants to pick one which he feels that resembles him the most Describe why they chose the object and tell a incident from their life in which they acted like the object.

Conclusion:- good and bad points about self, clear insight into their own personality and behavior. Objects that can be used:- cap, paper weight, stone, mirror, belt, pencil, rubber.

Make two teams of young and old employees separately. 2. Make them sit separately and give them 15 minutes to prepare 3 lists namelya. What they feel about the other group b. What they anticipate about what the other group thinks about them c. What kind of co-operation and understanding do they expect to build up with the other group 3. They may then encounter each other and discuss about their perception and the points in the three lists. 4. Tell them to arrive at acceptable terms and expectations.
