My Village
My name is Jane. I live in Glenelg, a very small village by the sea, in Scotland. There
is a school with one teacher and a church. There is one shop its also the post
office and a hotel. People meet there for a coffee in the evenings.
There isnt a cinema or a night club in Glenelg and there arent any clothes shops,
but I dont mind. I dont like the going out at night and I dont like shopping. I love
nature and swimming and there are really great beaches here. And in the summer,
there are great parties on the beach.
Of course, there arent any museums or art galleries in Glenelg, and you cant eat
out because there arent cafs or restaurants in this village.
In the winter there are 50 people in Glenelg, but in the summer there are about 400!
I love my village!
