3. PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT

The main objective of this project is to develop a business plan to set up a car wash and service station in Madurai, India as there is increasing demand in the car wash industry in India. This proposal will explain the strategies and plans involved along with the factors like the marketing and human capital management. Also a financial plan is proposed for the 3 years ahead. This proposal will lead to establishment of the effective car wash and service business in Madurai, where there are currently a lot of scopes for the business towards this sector.

4. RESEARCH DESIGN
The research design will be carried out through the methods like the qualitative and quantitative analysis with the questionnaires and interviews with the target peoples like the car owners and the dealers.

Yes, the data sources to be referred will be through the mode of primary data which are from the sources based on the direct interview and also from the secondary data as well as the websites, books and the journals where the data is already present.

The project will be achieved with the constant interaction with the industry personnel and the also through some prior knowledge in this industry sector. A lot of sources are also will be verified to provide the data and the feasible plans towards the plan.
