In the last few years interesting and promising companies began to appear in Russia and the chance of development has dramatically increased; analysts predict a certain boom in this direction. Opponents are not so optimistic and mention: in order to get to the IPO the company must have a turnover in billions of dollars, while risks at the start up stage are much higher than in the USA for instance. The discussion has shown that when it comes to the choice between private investments and access to the stock exchange the majority of entrepreneurs chooses the last one with its transparent scheme and beforehand clear conditions of interaction.
