Introduction: God’s word is food to the soul, hymns are living water to the soul, prayer is breathing of the soul: Therefore, when hear God’s
words, will see life restoring wonderful faith, authority and power; when sing hymns, will see the thirst in the spirit being quenched, and the
spring of life pouring forth living waters; when I pray, the Holy Spirit will touch my soul like wind (oxygen), and drive the unclean evil
thoughts brought about by disbelief, doubts out of my life (breathe out), and bring in the wonderful conviction, thinking, vision, power, gifts
that come from faith (breathe in)...Continuous prayer is to restore the normal breathing of the soul, and to sustain it: just like during swimming
or running, the most importing thing is [correct and normal breathing].

1.
. God’s glory, loving kindness, plans, perfect will, power, provision and abundance are with us forever
1) God’s work has never stopped (He is Creator, Initiator, Revelator)

2) God appears to me through [perfect will]

God always uses [completely normal, practical, rational] ways, through my conditions, time, surroundings and affairs, reveals to me His
perfect glory, loving kindness, righteousness, perfect will, power, abundance…
<Please use different examples to repeatedly think of how God appears to me through perfect will>

3) [Meeting God] most [normally, practically and rationally], is through the complete revelation of [Jesus Christ]
** What Jesus Christ reveals to us is completely spiritual and completely practical ** <Testimony of Pastor sharing gospel with his
mother>
The Gospel of Jesus Christ made us:
① children of God
② treat 4 gospelisations as the absolute purpose of our lives
③ value all conditions, relationships, fields which God gives us and everything that He makes us do
④ receive the counsel of the Holy Spirit (practical conviction)
⑤ see the blessings that come from submission, thus become clearer and clearer about God’s perfect will
* The 5 points above are the conditions that should be possessed by a person who wants to know God’s perfect will

4) From fixed-time prayers → continuous prayers (living) → accumulated blessings → become more and more like Jesus Christ (possess
practical wisdom)

2.
. How to enjoy continuous prayers?
1) The main concept of making continuous prayers
① Place Jehovah always before my eyes (or: See that the Lord is with me)
② Do all things after acquiring His plans/perfect will (after grasping perfect will, can be one-hearted in whatever I do)
③ Do all things by relying on the power and wisdom He bestowed
④ Preserve the heart of loving kindness, peace, joy, thanksgiving, hope
⑤ Do whatever have to be done in a day, bless the people whom should be blessed in a day (bear each day’s troubles just on that day)

2) Practical ways to make continuous prayers

① First see, first hear ⇒ 24 hours, habitually live before the eyes of God and see Him (do everything by first seeing God)
② Normal ⇒ At the moment of facing matters, try as much as possible to test and approve the [normal, true, rational] perfect will of God
③ Firmly believe ⇒ 24 hours, regardless of what we are doing, do with the assurance of [all are God’s plans, perfect will, works]
④ Rely on Holy Spirit to do ⇒ In the process of doing things, rely on Holy Spirit’s conviction to judge, acquire faith, power, wisdom
then do
⑤ Thoroughly recognise the spiritual state of the other party (person in contact with us) ⇒ distinguish the other party’s spiritual state then
respond accordingly
⑥ Reflect, examine ⇒ Always reflect on my own words, deeds and conduct, then can swiftly grasp the perfect will of God in all things
⑦ Be in control of the moment when we are being attacked ⇒ If discover that the rhythm of continuous prayer is lost, must aptly use
fixed-time prayers and concentrated prayers to resolve

3.
. What should we do if we are obstructed in our continuous prayers?
1) [Sometimes when we cannot know God’s clear perfect will], must not test and approve in a far-fetched manner, do not be impatient, but
must wait upon the Lord
* Remember: God always works in the most beautiful time, and works by the principle of all things working for the good

2) [Sometimes, the visions and challenges revealed by God are too big for us to submit immediately], at that time, must seek more specific
guidance from God

3) [When we fall because of temptations, and our hearts receive accusations], must not delay in coming before God to reason with Him, or
confess sins and repent

4) [When we suddenly meet troubles, persecutions, and lose peace], breathe deeply at that moment (calm body and emotions), hold tightly
onto God’s promises and mediate
* Remember: No matter how big the sufferings/adversities are, they will pass, but how we face them will determine our victory and
rewards after the tribulations

5) [When tired, discouraged, lose strength], first put down whatever we are doing, revive ourselves with enough sleep, food and drink,
healthy entertainment. After that, open God’s words, read carefully, examine carefully; after receiving conviction, make covenant with
God once again.
