KRA KPI Evaluation Process

Assistant Manager & Above

Process for Assistant Manager & Above Employees of SIS


Step 1 :- Self Evaluation is to be done by Employee by inserting nos. in Achievement Box and SAVE.
( After the insertion, The details will move to Appraiser (Reporting Manager) for Assessment / Modification )

Step 2 :- Appraiser (Reporting Manager) needs to Assess / Modify by either


accepting or changing the Achievement inserted by the Employee and SAVE.
( The Appraiser will make appropriate changes and provide remarks if any and then submit. The details will move to Reviewer (HOD ) for reviewing the Achievement )

Step 3 :- Reviewer

(HOD) needs to review by either Accepting or Changing the Achievement done by the Appraiser ( Reporting Manager )

( The Reviewer will make appropriate changes and provide remarks if any and then submit it. )

Step 4 :- Save & Close the Evaluation

Self Evaluation ( Employee )


Employee needs to ONLY insert Achievement for the month/ quarter

The Employee has to only INSERT Achievement (nos.) in the Achievement BOX.

SCORE will be calculated by the System.


IMPORTANT

The Employee has to CLICK SAVE.


By Clicking SAVE the Employee has completed his SELF EVALUATION. The details will to move to Appraiser ( Reporting Manager ) for further assessment / modification.

Appraisers ( Reporting Managers ) Evaluation

IMPORTANT

The Appraiser MODIFY / ASSESS ACHIEVEMENT . SCORE will be calculated by the System. The Appraiser ( Reporting Manager ) may insert Multiplier Score as shown in NEXT SLIDE and then

Appraiser ( Reporting Manager ) needs to appraise Achievement for the month/ quarter ( Reporting Manager ) has to only

CLICK SAVE.
The details will move to Reviewer (HOD) for further assessment / modification.

Multiplier Factor by Appraiser ( Reporting Manager )


Appraiser can opt for either negative / positive multiplier score

Multiplier Factor Score has to be applied only when there is an extra-ordinary positive or negative instance. This can either increase or decrease the overall Score . Click on NOT APPLICABLE if there is no extra-ordinary instance.

The Appraiser also has to put REMARKS for Deviations & KEY TRAINNG NEEDS This will end the Appraisers Evaluation for the Employee

Reviewers ( HOD )Evaluation

Reviewer needs to review Achievement for the month/ quarter

The Reviewer has to only MODIFY or ASSESS Achievement. SCORE will be calculated by the System. IMPORTANT The Reviewer ( HOD ) also has to REVIEW Multiplier Factor as shown in NEXT SLIDE and then

SAVE.

Multiplier factor by Reviewer


Reviewer can opt for either negative / positive multiplier score

This will COMPLETE the KRA KPA EVALUATION PROCESS for the EMPLOYEE
