Registering students with offer letters into UG and PG

Coordinating with HR Department on students legal
status, visas, medical insurance and transportation

Providing advice and counseling students enrolled in UG
or PG programs on study plans according to course
selected by student
Maintaining Progress Reports for each student to ensure
they are not having any issues in the University i.e.
academically or personal
Keeping track of students on scholarships to ensure they
are still applicable for their scholarship status
Schedule monthly events for students and administer the
student services budget
Maintaining and regularly updating student files and
