GENERAL INFORMATION
PRODUCT USE prosolve 370e are three-dimensional architectural modules that eliminate pollutants from the air. Their innovative modular geometry efficiently creates complex, decorative surfaces that maximize the depolluting and self-cleaning performance of the photo-catalytic coating. As decorative, de-polluting screens on: building facades car parks traffic tunnels/ transport entrances along motorways or urban circulars interior walls and ceilings Modules are coated with a composite containing superfine titanium dioxide (TiO2), a highly reactive version of conventional TiO2 commonly used as pigment. Low levels of ambient UV-light are sufficient to drive the photo-catalytic reaction capable of reducing oxides of nitrogen (NOx) and volatile organic compounds (VOC), key contributors to air pollution in cities, and pre-cursors to ground-level ozone, acid rain, and potentially, fine particulate matter. These substances are effectively neutralized into small amounts of carbon dioxide and water, without consuming the photo-catalyst itself. The coatings hydrophilic property ensures that residual components and dirt are easily removed with rain water. Little additional maintenance is required. GEOMETRY Complex surfaces provide enlarged surface area and omnidirectional light exposure - conditions that increase the efficacy of the photocatalyst. This is especially useful in pollution hot-spots such as traffic tunnels with a high degree of enclosure and reduced light levels. While appearing random, surfaces are composed of only two base modules, creating complexity economically and allowing for standardized joints. Patterns are translated back to orthogonal geometries of standard substructure systems. PRODUCTION prosolve 370e modules are produced as a standard system, and can be ordered in existing shapes, or custom-developed to meet specific project requirements. APPLICATIONS

MATERIAL PROPERTIES
COATING The coating consists of superfine TiO2 embedded in a polysiloxane base and containing a cementious matrix. We work with directly with our coating supplier to ensure quality of installations for each project. SUBSTRATE Typically, plastic substrates are selected according to the fire requirements of each project. Modules can be produced from vacuum formed class V0 fire-rated plastic sheet. The system employs a flexible and reusable rubber nut that acts as a joining/clamping device (1050 and 1200 series). Other joining parts include standard s/s hex-bolts, rivets, nylon screws and washers. Modules can be fitted to standard base cladding systems, or tailored to act as selfsupporting screens. Modules can also be point-fixed to surfaces via steel brackets. The standard colour is a matte bright white; other colours are available on request. prosolve 370e is available in three sizes: 390 series: approx .3m per module 1050 series: approx 1m per module 1200 series: approx 1.2m per module Modules are lightweight and can be lifted into place and secured without the use of heavy machinery. The pattern is assembled in patches (Mega Panels) on the ground and lifted into place. The active coating achieves a lifetime of approximately 5-10 years, after which a re-coat may be applied in-situ or modules may be independently removed for repair or replacement. Elegant Embellishments Ltd. will provide a minimum 5 year warranty on the product. It is recommended to clean the tiles intermittently. Spraying a warm solution of clean water and clear dishwashing liquid is effective in removing most dirt. Stains may be removed by applying this solution with a soft sponge.
