Posted In Company Law | Articles | No Comments As we all know MCA has increased additional fee to be levied for delays in filing Forms other than Form 5 wef 05.12.2010 vide General Circular No: 4/2010, Dated the 22nd November, 2010 . Rate of Additional Fees for delay in Filing of ROC forms is as follows :Period of Delay Fixed rate of additional fee Upto 30 days Two times of normal fee More than 30 days and Four times of normal upto 60 days fee More than 60 days and Six times of normal upto 90 days filing fee More than 90 days Nine times of normal filing fees

Due Date For Filing and Normal Fees is as follows ROC Compliance Compliance By All Companies Compliance Date 30/09/2013 Last Day for conveying AGM File copies of Annual Accounts with ROC within 30 days of AGM Filing of Annual Return with ROC within 60 days of AGM Filing Fee Compliance For All documents (except Form 1A) Rs 100,000 and above but below Rs 500,000 Rs. 200 Rs 500,000 and above but below Rs 25,00,000 Rs. 300 Rs 25,00,000 and above Rs. 500 For Form 1A Rs. 1000 Form 1A Application Fee Rs. 50 Inspection Fee Fees -
