C A R E E R S U M M A R Y:
• I joined Motorola in August of 2000, as part of their Private Radio Networks Engineering group, developing software for
the Base Radios in their state-wide professional/industrial 2-way radio systems. I worked in that role until January 2005,
when I was promoted to the level of Senior Software Engineer.
• In January 2005, I transitioned to an engineering management role within the same development group. A unique role in
my group, I am responsible for managing the resolution of defects found on our live systems, in active use by our
Customers. This role obviously requires that I have a strong understanding of the software so that I can effectively
manage the engineers in my group. It also requires constant coordination with the Business, Quality, Test, Factory, and
Field teams, so that the fixed software can be released to our Customers efficiently.

OBJECTIVE:
To join a company at which my skills at managing diverse groups of business and engineering teams will be instrumental in
creating and managing very high quality and very high visibility products.
