Item Step Step Step Step Step Step Step Step 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 Description on Steps of Work To inform CS ops on the valve replacement LPOC valve in isolation mode. Valve already closed by GC monitor by Intel on WW27.1 GC to drain out the water at supply (Hook-Up piping). Drain out water thru exsiting hose barb Existing hose barb c/w reinforced union to be removed (pole - hook up portion) To connect the additional union c/w control ball valve and male adaptors (pole hook up portion) Existing hose barb c/w reinforced union to be removed (pole fit up - LPOC portion) To connect the additional union c/w control ball valve and male adaptors (pole fit up - LPOC portion) To replace the faulty valve with a new unit Detail Ref on Schematic Diagram Status Remarks Time

Step 9 Upon the replacement of the ball valve. GC to leave all the glued pipes for curing as required for 4 hours Step 10 Expediting on Curing for 4 hours agreed by : Step 11 Upon curing, GC to fill in water thru the hook up piping the direction of filling water is from hook up end to fit up end While filling in the water, the existance of air trap to be release at the high side of the piping thru additional tubing installed (end point of fit Step 12 up) Step 13 To shut the air release valve upon arise of water, increase and maintain the pressure. Monitor the reading as indicated at the existing pressure gauge, Maintain the pressure at 100psi for 8 hours and capture the initial reading Step 14 accordingly Step 15 Post reading on the pressure to be captured (after 8 hours at 100 psi) Step 16 To release the pressure from the pipe at tubing. Step 17 Disconnet the additional tubing c/w fitting and assocories that were use for pressure testing purposes Step 18 Ensure all the LOTO remain intact(double check) Step 19 Install back the connection between the piping and LPOC valve Step 20 remove the additional union c/w control ball valve and male adaptors (pole hook-up portion) Step 21 Reinstall the host balb Step 22 Inform CS ops, System Owner before tie in back the supply line Step 23 Make sure all the representative(CS ops, Intel, QAM, GC) at the site before tie in work Step 24 The valve wil be open by GC, instruct by CS ops Step 25 Air lock that trapt at hose will be released at the machine. *** please refer the drawing tab for drawing reference GC: Name: WWID: QAM Name: WWID: Intel CS/Ops Name: WWID: from ref:4 to ref:1 ref:1 ref:1 ref:3 ref:3 ref: ref:1 ref:1 ref:1 ref:4 ref:4
