Sales Administrative Specialist/Sales Analyst

Status: Hourly FT/PT Status:FT

OVERALL PURPOSE/FUNCTION The Sales Administration Specialists job provides administrative support and analysis for the Tablecraft Sales Team. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 1) Prepare monthly sales performance data (charts, spreadsheets). Track sales performance and chart results of top 25 accounts and buying groups. Track sales by product category (dollars and units) and document sales vs. quota for all manufacturer representatives 2) Maintain all buying group/rebateable customer account spreadsheets. These calculations will be used to accrue allowances with our accounting department and for payment of rebates/incentives on a quarterly or calendar year basis. 3) Prepares monthly reports for each Sales Director. 4) Work with Sales Directors and VP of Sales to coordinate sales meetings, samples, agenda preparation, etc. 5) Work with Sales Directors on customer specific reporting, new product addition forms, business reviews 6) Support VP of Sales administration, reporting and research needs. 7) Looks for opportunities to help the sales and marketing team perform more effectively with reduced time. 8) Keep and update a spreadsheet of Chain specific spec items by chain with input from Sales Directors 9) Maintains Sales Calendar that includes Directors travel schedule, trade shows, buying group meetings, etc 10) Maintain overall Buying Group Program Spreadsheet 11) Work with Sales Directors and Marketing to develop Product and Rep Training Programs

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS Education and/or Experience Strong computer skills with ability to create spreadsheets, employ formulas, graphs and charts Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint Associates Degree 2 years experience preferred
