SCHOOL PROFILE: BLISS Elementary School has a modest land area good to accommodate the BLISS homeowners resident children and nearby sitios especially the Muslim Community. It is located on the north of the city bounded by Lingayen Gulf. Most of the Muslim pupils live in Project Silungan a half kilometer away from school. At least one (1) Asatidz as well as the school head shall have attended a training on ALIVE Program Assist and improved instructional competencies by classroom supervision by one teacher per grading period. Asatidz shall have reproduced at least one
