From my understanding Children who are categorized as having vision problems is children have difficulties or problem with damage can not be corrected vision and interfere with learning. Children who are visually impaired are likely to have limited vision or blindness. Vision problems limited visibility means a child is between 20/70 and 20/200 with the use of a lens. This child has normal intelligence habit like other kids can learn normal and if facilities and support services available to them. Q2: Do you considered that those who are wearing spectacle belong to the category of individual with "visual impairments?

No, those who are wearing spectacle considered not belong to the category of individual with "visual impairment. The term visual impairment refers to people with irretrievable sight loss and this simple definition covers a wide spectrum of different impairments. It does not include those whose sight problems can be corrected by spectacles or contact lenses, though it does include those whose sight might be improved by medical intervention. If you are short sighted or long sighted, but you can see normally when you put your glasses on or wear your contact lenses, you are not visually impaired. Mohd Sharani Ahmad (2006)

Q3: What are the classroom strategies or approaches that can be used to handle children with visual impairement?

Teachers can provide reading material that has great size and fit or audio materials to assist learning.

Provide clear reading materials, such as letters have a significant difference in color with the background paper too many words or sentences in a page.

When teachers write on the white board can verbally mention writing materials for children's facilities. Experience of children was extended to give them activities "hands-on".

Teachers should also pay attention to the arrangement of the classroom and make sure the child standing near the board.

Classroom arrangement should facilitate the movement of children around the classroom and give them easy access in the learning materials.
