Built the North American pipeline thru acquisitions, development and sales and 3rd party EPC from 0MW to over 500 MW in less than 18 months. Led the development and construction of Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the $1 billion Assembly Square project in Somerville Ma., delivering over 200,000 square feet of retail space as well as residential and office space. Was responsible for Corporate Sustainability for a Fortune 400 Real Estate firm leading the efforts to bring green practices to the business in a profitable way. Developed and built the first LEED Platinum (the highest USGBC Rating) affordable housing in New England. Led the corporations efforts to use all waste cooking oil converting it to bio diesel. Led corporate branding and marketing efforts related to green practices.
