ae This notice book is intended to the operators of the crusher control room and explains how to handle all

the buttons which permit the coupling of the various distribution lines. In the following, note that by LTP button we mean lighted- turn-push button. The coupling of all the MV and LV distribution lines is controlled from the crusher control desk by means of LTP buttons. In order to connect one distributtion line, turn the corresponding LTP button from open into closed position and than push the button. In order to open the distribution line, turn the LTP button from closed into open position and than push the button. The lamp of the LTP button is lit each time that the position of the button is not conform to the position of the coupling device. 2. SOPPLi OF COHTROL POLARITIBS AND tGCS Signalling and relaying polarity is 48 V DC while control polarity of the breakers is 220 V DC. 2.1 Without any voltage supply in the installation, it is at first necessarf to connect manually the batteries and rectifiers circuits, which supply the signalling and control circuits with DC current inside cubicle 022 AR of the electrical room switch on one group of circuit breakers which supplies the circuit. For example 75-02 and 75-03 JA for 220 V DC and 82-02 and 82-03 JA for 48 V DC. .
