Dal Fry
Ingredients 2 medium katori cooked Tur dal (400 gm) 2 Medium size Tomatoes (100 gm) + Rasoi Magic Veg Kolhapuri Mix Method Mix entire pack of spice mix to 1 cup of water. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, add tomato puree or finely

chopped tomatoes & cook for 2-3 min.


Add spice mix paste & cook for 2-3 min, add cooked &

mashed dal, 1 cup of water & cook for 2 to 3 min.


Temper with whole red chilli,cumin & curry leaves.

Garnish & serve hot with phulka or nan.

Baigan Bharta
Ingredients 3 large size roasted & mashed baigan (300 gm) 2 medium size tomatoes (100 gm) + Rasoi Magic Veg Kolhapuri Mix Method Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, add finely chopped tomatoes

& cook for 2-3 min.


Add spice mix & cook for 2-3 min. Add roasted, deskined & mashed baigan & cook for 2

to 3 min. Garnish with chopped green coriander & serve hot with phulka or nan.

Veg Makhanwala
Ingredients 200 gm boiled mix vegetables (2 medium katori) 3 medium size tomatoes (150 gm) 50 gm Paneer (cubes) cup Cream + Rasoi Magic Paneer Makhanwala Spice Mix Method Mix entire pack of spice mix to cup of milk. Heat 2 tbsp. oil/butter in a pan, add tomato puree or

finely chopped tomatoes & cook for 2-3 min


Add spice paste & cook for 2-3 min, add vegetables,

1 cup of water, paneer and cream & cook for 2 to 3 min. Garnish & serve hot with phulka or nan.

Mushroom Butter Masala


Ingredients 200 gm Button Mushrooms (1 packet) 3 medium size tomatoes (150 gm) + Rasoi Magic Paneer Makhanwala Mix Method Mix entire pack of spice mix to cup of milk. Heat 2 tbsp. butter in a pan, add sliced mushrooms &

fry for 2-3 mins. Add tomato puree or finely chopped tomatoes & cook for 2-3 min.
Add spice mix paste & cook for 2-3 min. Add 1 cup of

water & cook for 2 to 3 min. Garnish with chopped green coriander & serve hot with phulka or nan.

Paneer Pasanda
Ingredients Paneer 150 gms. Tomatoes 150gm(2-3nos medium) Soya sauce 1tbsp Tomato ketchup 1tbsp + Rasoi Magic Paneer Makhanwala Mix Method Mix the entire pack of spice mix to half cup of milk. Heat 2 tbsp. oil in a pan. Add tomato puree and cook

for 5 minutes.
Add spice mix paste and 1 cup of water and cook for

2 minutes.
Add paneer, stir well and cook on medium flame for 10

min.
Add soya sauce and tomato ketch up and mix well. Serve hot, garnished with chopped coriander leaves

with Phulka or Nan.

Corn Capsicum Masala


Ingredients Sweet Corn (boiled) 150 gms. Capsicum 60gm Tomatoes 150 gm (3 medium size) Cream / Malai cup

+ Rasoi Magic Paneer Makhanwala Mix Method Mix the entire pack of spice mix to half cup of milk. Heat 2 tbsp. oil / cream in a pan. Add Capsicum and

fry for one minute. Add sweet corn and fry for one minute.
Add tomato puree or finely cut tomatoes and cook for

2-3 minutes. Add spice mix paste and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add one cup of water and cook till gravy thickens.

Garnish with coriander and serve hot with phulka or nan. TOP

Mushroom Tikka Masala


Ingredients 200 gm Button Mushrooms (1 packet) 3 medium size tomatoes (150 gm) + Rasoi Magic Paneer Tikka Mix Method Mix entire pack of spice mix to cup of milk. Heat 2 tbsp. oil in a pan, fry mushroom to golden

brown in colour. Add tomato puree or finely chopped tomatoes & cook for 2-3 min.
Add spice paste & cook for 2-3 min, 1 cup of water

& cook for 2 to 3 min. Garnish & serve hot with Phulka or Nan.

Gobhi Tikka Masala


Ingredients 200 gm Cauliflower florets (2 medium katori) 3 medium size tomatoes (150 gm) + Rasoi Magic Paneer Tikka Mix Method Mix entire pack of spice mix to cup of milk. Heat 2 tbsp. oil in a pan, fry Cauliflower florets to

golden brown in colour. Add tomato puree or finely chopped tomatoes & cook for 2-3 min.
Add spice paste & cook for 2-3 min, 1 cup of water &

cook for 2 to 3 min. Garnish & serve hot with Phulka or Nan. TOP

Pizza Topped With Tikka


Ingredients

Pizza base 3 Nos Tomatoes 150 gm ( 3 medium size) Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp Chiili sauce 2 tsp Soya sauce 2 tsp Capsicum 50 gm (2 nos medium - shredded) Spring onions 50 gm (shredded) Paneer 100 gm Cheese 100 gm + Rasoi Magic Paneer Tikka Mix Method Mix the entire pack of spice mix to half cup of milk. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Add onion and capsicum and

saut for 2-3 minutes. Add tomato puree and cook for 5 minutes.
Add Spice mix paste and cook till oil separates. And paneer pieces and fry for 2 minutes. Add sauces, and mix well. Top pizza base with this mixture and cover it with

grated cheese.
Bake pizza in an oven for 10 minutes or cook it in a

pan on low flame for 15 minutes.


Serve hot with tomato sauce.

Alu Palak
Ingredients Palak puree 400 gm ( 2 medium katori) Tomatoes 100 gm ( 2 medium size) Boiled /fried potato cubes 200 gm (4 medium size) + Rasoi Magic Palak Paneer Mix Method Mix entire pack of spice mix to cup of water. Heat 2 tbsp. of oil/butter in pan, add finelly chopped

tomatoes & cook for 2-3 mins.


Add spice mix paste and cook for 2-3 min, add palak

puree, boiled/fried alu pieces & mix well.


Add 1 cup of water & cook for 2-3 min. Serve hot with

phulka or nan.

Mutter Palak
Ingredients Palak puree 400 gm ( 2 medium katori)

Tomatoes 100 gm ( 2 medium size) Mutter 100gm ( 1 medium katori) + Rasoi Magic Palak Paneer Mix Method Mix entire pack of spice to cup of water. Heat 2 tbsp. of oil/butter in pan, add finelly chopped

tomatoes & cook for 2-3 min. followed by spice mix paste and cook for 2-3 min.
Add palak puree, mutter , 1 cup of water & cook for

2-3 min.
Serve hot with phulka or nan.

Paneer Biryani
Ingredients Cooked Basmati rice: 600 gms (6 medium katori) Curd 100 gm (1 medium katori) Green Peas, Carrot Pieces, 150 gm (1 medium

katori)
Chopped French beans Paneer 100 gms (1 medium katori) Almond , Cashewnut, Kismis 20 gms (2 tbsp) + Rasoi Magic Veg Biryani Mix Method Mix curd & Biryani spice mix to form a past. Heat 100g ghee in pan. Add dry fruits, cut vegetables

& cook for 3-4 mins.


Add spice mix paste & cook for 5 mins. Add paneer

pieces, rice and cook for 2-3 mins. Serve hot garnished with chopped coriander.

Soya nugget Biryani


Ingredients Cooked Basmati rice: 600gms (6 medium katori) Curd 100 gm (1 medium katori) Green Peas, Carrot Pieces, 150 gm (1 medium

katori)
Chopped French beans Soya nuggets 100 gms (soaked & squeezed) Almond , Cashewnut, Kismis 20 gms (2 tbsp) + Rasoi Magic Veg Biryani Mix Method

Mix curd & Biryani Spice Mix to form a paste.


Heat 100g oil in pan. Add nuggets, Chopped

vegetables, dry fruits & cook for 5 min.


Add masala paste & cook for 5 mins. Add cooked rice,

mix thoroughly & cook it for 2-3 min. Serve hot garnished with chopped coriander. TOP

Alu Mutter
Ingredients Boiled Potato pieces 200 gm (3 medium size potato) Mutter 100gm (1 medium katori) Tomatoes 100 gms (2 medium sized) + Rasoi Magic Mutter Paneer Mix Method Mix entire pack of spice mix to cup of water. Heat 3 tbsp. oil in a pan, fry potato pieces to light

brown colour. Add tomato puree or finely chopped tomatoes & cook for 2-3 min.
Add spice paste, 2 tbsp curd & cook for 2-3 min, Add

mutter, 1 cup of water & cook for 2 to 3 min.Garnish with chopped green coriander & serve hot with phulka or nan.

Green peas Masala


Ingredients Mutter 200 gm Tomatoes 150 gms (3 medium sized) + Rasoi Magic Mutter Paneer Mix Method Mix entire pack of spice mix to cup of milk. Heat 2 tbsp. oil/butter in a pan, add tomato puree or

finelly chopped tomatoes & cook for 2-3 min.


Add spice paste & cook for 2-3 min, add mutter, 1 cup

of water & cook for 2 to 3 min. Garnish with chopped green coriander & serve hot with phulka or nan.

Mushroom Mutter Masala


Ingredients Button Mushrooms 200 gm (1 packet) Mutter 100gm ( 1 medium katori) Tomatoes 150 gms (3 medium sized) + Rasoi Magic Mutter Paneer Mix

Method Mix entire packs of spice mix to cup of milk. Heat 2 tbsp. oil in a pan, add sliced mushroom, green

peas & fry for 2-3 mins.


Add tomato puree or finely chopped tomatoes & cook

for 2-3 min.


Add spice paste & cook for 2-3 min, add 1 cup of

water & cook for 2 to 3 min. Garnish with chopped green coriander & serve hot with phulka or nan. You can add red chilli powder to make the dish more pungent. TOP

Paneer Kadhai
Ingredients Curd 100 gms ( 1 small katori) Paneer 250 gm Capsicum 1 small size Onion 1 small size + Rasoi Magic Veg Kadhai Mix Method Add entire packet of spice mix in curd. Heat 3 tbsp. Of oil in a pan, fry capsicum, onion cubes

for 3-4 minutes.


Add spice mix paste & fry for 2-3 min. Add diced

paneer, 1 cup of water & cook the gravy for 2-3 min. Garnish & serve hot with phulka or nan. TOP

Baby Corn Mushroom Kadhai


Ingredients Curd 100 gms ( 1 small katori) Baby corn 100 gm (1 medium katori) Capsicum 1 small size Mushrooms 200 gms (1 packet) + Rasoi Magic Veg Kadhai Mix Method Add entire packet of spice mix in curd. Heat 3 tbsp. Of oil in a pan. Add diced baby corn,

mushrooms and capsicum and fry for 3-4 minutes.


Add spice mix paste & fry for 2-3 min. Add 1 cup of

water & cook the gravy for 2-3 min.


Garnish & serve hot with phulka or nan.

Methi Chaman

Ingredients Paneer 200 gm Tomato 100 gm ( 2 medium size) + Rasoi Magic Methi Mutter Malai Spice Mix Method Mix entire packet of spice mix into 1 cup of milk. Heat 2 tbsp butter. Add tomato puree or finelly

chopped tomatoes & cook for 2-3 min.


Add spice paste & cook for 2-3 min. Add paneer

pieces, cup of water & cook for 2 to 3 min. Serve hot with phulka or nan.

Corn Methi Malai


Ingredients Boiled Sweet corn grains 100gm (1 medium katori) + Rasoi Magic Methi Mutter Malai Mix Method Mix entire packet of spice mix into 1 cup milk. Heat oil & saut boiled sweet corn grains for a minute. Add spice paste & cook for 2-3 min, add cup of

water cook for 5 min.


Serve hot with phulka or nan.

Alu Gobhi Masala


Ingredients Potatoes 150 gm ( 2 large size) Cauliflower 150 gm ( 1 medium katori) Tomatoes 200 gm ( 3-4 medium size) + Rasoi Magic Dum Alu Mix Method Mix entire pack of spice mix to cup of water. Heat 3 tbsp. oil in a pan, & fry potato & cauliflower

florets in oil for 5 minutes.


Add tomato puree or finelly chopped tomatoes & cook

for 2-3 min.


Add spice paste & cook for 2-3 min, add 1 cup of

water & cook for 2 to 3 min. Garnish & serve hot with phulka or nan.

Dahi Alu
Ingredients

Boiled potatoes 250 gm Curd 100gm ( 1 small katori) + Rasoi Magic Dum Alu Mix Method Mix entire pack of spice mix to cup of water. Heat 2 tbsp. oil in a pan, fry potato slices to golden

brown colour.
Add curd & cook for 2-3 min. Add spice paste & cook

for 2-3 min,


Add 1 cup of water & cook for 5 min. Garnish & serve

hot with phulka or nan.

Alu Chole
Ingredients Boiled potatoes 100 g (2 medium size) Soaked & cooked Chole 200g ( 2 medium katori) Tomatoes 50g (1 medium size) + Rasoi Magic Chana Masala Mix Method Mix entire pack of spice mix to cup of water. Heat 3 tbsp. oil in a pan, add tomato puree or finely

chopped tomatoes & cook for 2-3 min.


Add spice mix paste & cook for 2-3 min, add potato

pieces & cooked chole , 1 cup of water & cook for 5 min. Garnish & serve hot with phulka or nan. TOP

Saag Chole
Ingredients Palak puree 200g ( 2 medium katori) Boiled Chole 200g ( 2 medium katori) Tomatoes 50g ( 1 medium size) + Rasoi Magic Chana Masala Mix Method Mix entire pack of spice mix to cup of water. Heat 3 tbsp. oil in a pan, add tomato puree or finelly

chopped tomatoes & cook for 2-3 min.


Add spice paste & cook for 2-3 min, add palak puree ,

cooked chole & cook for 5 min. Garnish & serve hot with phulka or nan.

Cheese Pavbhaji

Ingredients Tomatoes 250g (4 5 medium size) Cheese cube 2 nos. Butter pkt. Green Peas 100gms (1 medium size) cooked & mashed Capsicum 2 medium size + Rasoi Magic Pav Bhaji Mix Method Heat 2 tbsp. oil & 2 tbsp. butter in pan, fry finely

chopped capsicum for 2 min.


Add tomato puree, entire pack of pavbhaji spice mix &

fry for 2 to 3 min.


Add cooked & mashed green peas, 1 cup of water &

cook for 7-8 min.


Add grated cheese, butter & mix well. Serve hot with pav by garnished with chooped

coriander & onion.

Paneer Pavbhaji
Ingredients Tomatoes 250g ( 4-5 medium size) Paneer 100g (1 medium katori) Butter 1 pkt. Green Peas 100gms (1 medium size) cooked & mashed Capsicum 2 medium size + Rasoi Magic Pav Bhaji Mix Method Heat 2 tbsp. oil & 2 tbsp. butter in pan, fry finely

chopped capsicum for 2 min.


Add tomato puree, entire pack of pavbhaji spice mix &

fry for 2 to 3 min.


Add cooked & mashed green peas, 1 cup of water &

cook for 7-8 min.


Add crushed paneer, butter & cook well for 2 mins. Serve hot with pav by garnished with chooped

coriander & onion. TOP

Masala Pav
Ingredients Tomatoes 250g ( 4-5 medium size) Butter 1 pkt. Green Peas 100gms (1 medium size) cooked & mashed

Capsicum 2 medium size + Rasoi Magic Pav Bhaji Mix Method Heat 2 tbsp. oil & 2 tbsp. butter in pan, fry finely

chopped capsicum for 2 min.


Add tomato puree, entire pack of pavbhaji spice mix &

fry for 2 to 3 min.


Add cooked & mashed green peas, 1 cup of water &

cook for 7-8 min.


Add butter & cook well for 2 mins. Stuff the ready bhaji in pav along with chopped onion

& coriander & shallow fry the pav in butter. Serve hot.

Kaju Curry
Ingredients Tomatoes 150 gm (3 medium size) Cashew nuts 50 gm (half katori) Milk 200 ml ( 1 cups) + Rasoi Magic Malai Kofta Mix Method Mix entire pack of spice mix to 2 cups of milk. Heat 3 tbsp oil in pan and fry cashew nuts till golden

brown and keep aside.


Add tomato puree and fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the spice mix paste and cook till gravy thickens. Add cashew nuts and mix well. Garnish with cream and

serve hot. TOP

Veg Bhuna
Ingredients Cabbage grated 1 katori Carrot grated katori Onion finely chopped one small size Capsicum finely chopped one small size Green chili and ginger paste 1 tsp Salt to taste Refined Wheat flour (Maida) 2 tbsp Corn flour 2 tbsp Method Mix all the ingredients and make small balls and deep

fry till golden brown.

Veg Bhuna - Gravy Ingredients Tomato 100 gm (two medium size) Grated coconut 2tbsp Seasame seeds (Til) - 2tbsp Coriander Leaves finely chopped 2 tbsp Green Chilli 2 Nos. Curd - cup Ginger grated 1 tsp Malai cream Sugar for taste + Rasoi Magic Malai Kofta Mix Method Grind the entire ingredients, except Spice Mix Powder,

and keep aside.


Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Add the ground Masala and

saute for 4-5 minutes. Add Rasoi Magic Malai Kofta Spice Mix and cook further for 2 minutes.
Add 1 cup hot water and cook for 2 minutes. Add

Malai and Fried Bhunas and cook for 2 minutes. Garnish with coriander and serve hot with Phulka / Roti.

Do not add anything else. These packs contain salt too. You can increase the ingredients to make the dish less spicy or add chilli to make it more spicy.
