By the help of sales entry module client can generate bill by filling the details in Sales entry module. In the purchase entry form the client can enter the details of purchase history such as name of the supplier, item purchased, weight of the item and date of purchase can update the Supplier details database directly. Stock entry module shows the total stock availability inside the Jewellery Shop and the client can update the details in stock entry module. Supplier details module gives the information about the supplier, type of

items supplied and price of the items. Through expenses module client can get the details about daily expenses and it also allow him to update it. Sales reports module use to get the details about sales for the particular day which we select from the calender. In chits module the client can get the history of chits of a particular group name by selecting anyone group name. By using chits reports module the client can get the chits report for a selected particular day. Prices of the item can be updated daily by the client in the prices module. Software helps keeping a schedule of the recurring bills and deposits. A recurring bill/deposit is a transaction that happens once or every so often. This feature was designed to simplify entry of the same data over and over

again. Automatically generated report can be added to the list of favorite reports. Favorite report is a generated report with previously selected user defined criteria. For instance, you can run a category report, select grocery related categories and add this report to the favorities.
