Objectives Create a box, a software system and a microchip in order to make the 4D cinema operative. Description of work Task 1.1: Software design. The team will start to work in the software which will be used to provide odors during films exhibitions. Task 1.2: Fabrication of the box in which the hardware will be included. After the basic design of the software, the team will pattern a box in which the hardware will be included. Each of the boxes are going to be hooked in front of the viewer. Task 1.3: Implementation and coordination of the Prototype hardware. Some corrections will be applied to the software in order to implement correctly the odor machine created by FS. Furthermore, KNPLS will provide some advices in order to implement the odor boxes in cinemas. Work with FS, KNPLS, SA and HP. Task 1.4: Implementation in several films: test and evaluation of obtained odors. HP film producer will guide the implementation of this new technology into the filming process. The OST system will be implemented by cinemas, for all the viewers who want. But, for blind person, deaf or person with limited visibility, it is a very important improvement in their quality of life. When a blind person, deaf or with limited visibility is in the cinema, he only can hear the film. With the OST system we want that he can also smell what is happening on the screen, in order to feeling the movie. In this work package the partners working for proving what is the personal reaction forehead the OST. We want to prove if OST is useful for this kind of person and if they will go more to the cinema if it has this system installed. The main objective for this work package is to taste the system in blind person. In concrete: OST is useful for user? It is a help to understand better the film? It is a change for better? The blind person would go more to cinema that has OST system installed or this is indifferent for their election? OST system count on society support? What is the opinion of addressee? Description of work Task 4.1: Opinion poll. In collaboration with national organization of blind person, we make opinion poll and survey about the degree of satisfaction of blind users. What is the relation between the OST and the quality of their leisure time. It is a previous work (previous to create the smell application).

Members: EBU, UVA. - UVA will designed de prototype of opinion poll and survey. - EBU will distribute these prototypes between the national blind association and, later, it will collect the results. Task 4.2: Test. This TASK will work the OST implementation. It will check the reaction of blind person. EBU will propose volunteer to taste the system, between their associates. It will differ between countries, ages and level of limited visibility, in order to taste different reactions. Members: EBU, KNPLS, HP. EBU: proposes volunteers and interpret the answers. UVA: designed the prototype test. KNPLS: shows the film HP: offers the film * (TASK 1 and 2 will be realized before the OST system will be definitely created. They will work with a prototype of system. Later, with these results, Factory of Smell and AAG will can improve the OST prototype) Task 4.3: Demonstration. This TASK will work when the OST system is yet created. The main objective of this TASK is to prove the usefulness of OST system for blind people. KNPLS and HP will demonstrate the impact of OST in cinemas selected and for a film selected. The KNPLS will invite blind people for watching the film (with OST system installed). The film will be selected by HP. People who participate in the demonstration will watch the film two times: one with OST and other one without OST. At the end of the film, they give their opinion of OST system, across opinion poll. This opinion poll will be in the theater. Members: EBE, KNPLS, HP In one meeting, EBE, KNPLS and HP will study the positive or negative opinion of users, and they will develop a report. This report will be distributed to all project members. EBE: it selected volunteers KNPLS: it provides the theater for the test HP: it gives one movie for the test Task 4.4: Publicity. EBU, across national associations of blind person, will spread the OST. EBU will organize working days in collaboration with national organization, in order to announce the new revolutionary system. National association will be invited to knowing the OST system. Kinepolis will do free passes of one movie, in order to announce OST. Mead used: announcements in television, in newspapers, in magazines, in radio, etc. Members: KNPLS and EBU On November EBU and Kinepolis will go to Frankfort, where will take place the International Film Fair. There, this partners show to the industry experts, the smell system (OST), including passes of movie. EBU: announces the OST between their associations KNPLS: publicity of OST EBU and KNPLS, will do a report where show the final conclusion, about the experiment pilot. Deliverables Deliverable 4.1: February 2013: UVA gives to the other members of project the model of opinion poll and survey. EBU distribute models between national associations.

Deliverable 4.2: March 2013: From the answers given, EBU will make a report where are the pros and cons of OST. The report will appear differing for countries and groups (blind, person with limited visibility, deaf). Each group in each country answer to a standard questionnaire. Their answers will move to Factory of Smell and AAG, in order to improve de system. With the results of TASK 1 and 2, these companies will improve the system. Deliverable 4.3: November 2013: As soon as the prototype of the OST is already created, it will be apply as an experiment pilot. The report will analyze the OSTs repercussion in the election of cinema (cinema with OST system installed, opposite to another cinema without OST system installed). From the results of implementation by TASK 4, members of this TASK will do a report, where expose the degree of satisfaction of the OST, for blind person and person with visibility limited. This final report will be delivery to all the members of project. This report will show the degree of satisfaction of OST system, for blind person, cinemas y productions companies. With this report each member of the project can considerer measures of improvement. Description of work To reach all target publics and achieve specific communication objectives, project partnership shares a common communication strategy, where the main planned activities base on following main steps: Task 5.1: Appointment of a Communication Team coordinated by project Communication Manager from Partner 5, which drafts Coordinator Partner to regulate practical public relations activities. Task 5.2: Project branding and adoption of tools kit for external communication, which drafts Partner 5. Task 5.3: Realization of project tools and web portal by all partners. Task 5.4: Dissemination and capitalization of project above all during 3 events (1launch event+1intermediate+1Final events) by each partner and coordinated by partner 5. Partner 5 distributes among partners graphic layout of tools kit for external communication. English contents are translated by partners in national languages to multiply local impact (month 4). Communication Team collects contacts to be gathered in project mailing list for disseminate project newsletter (month 5). The high interests of the outputs that will be produced by the project need a well planned strategy of how to demonstrate and exploit these results in order to secure the self sustainability of the project as well as the achievement of projects goals. Description of work The work consists of two phases in which all partners will have a share of participation and responsibilities. This WP plan is developed based on the Plan-Do-Check-Act strategy. The first phase, aims to develop and apply a thorough market research (plan) and to demonstrate that the product can be successfully installed to Kinepolis selected movie theaters (do), by implementing a trial period. Task 6.1: Develop a detailed market research of Kinepolis consumers to define the relevant market and determine which Kinepolis units should receive the demonstration phase of the project. KNPLS/EBU/SEPT: Develop a common questionnaire to determine the relevant market of OST. Task 6.2: Apply market research questionnaire to consumers. KNPLS/EBU: Apply market research questionnaire to consumers/users. Task 6.3: Install OST equipments on Kinepolis movie theaters. KNPLS/AAG/FS: Successfully install OST equipment. Task 6.4: Carry out demonstration. KNPLS/AAG/FS: Carry out demonstration and give necessary support to the correct functioning of OST in Kinepolis. The second phase of this WP consists of analyzing gathered data from demonstration phase (check) and developing an exploitation strategy (act) that enhances projects successes and corrects possible mistakes. Task 6.5: Analyze data from the trial phase as well as consumers approval of the project and the ability of OST to be self-sustainable and profitable to Kinepolis. KNPLS: Analyze data. Deliverable 6.1: Demonstration Strategy The demonstration strategy is a document consisting of the elaboration of a market research questionnaire to define target groups and the activities that each partner is committed to carry out, the means to be adopted and the expected results of this first phase. This deliverable also aims to apply the market research to Kinepolis costumers and EBU associates. This planning phase will make place to de implementation of a trial of the product in Kinepolis, based on market researchs results, so that Kinepolis knows exactly the target group and the reference price as well as other preferences costumers are willing to pay. This trial phase will be implemented in Kinepolis in a joint work with AAG and FS to install the equipment and give day-by-day support on any adjustments that need to be made. Jan/2013: Development of market research questionnaire. Duration: one month. Feb/2013: Implementation of market research questionnaire. Duration: two months. Outputs: - Develop a detailed market research of Kinepolis costumers preferences,, consisting of a questionnaire about the following data: 1. Age 2. Gender 3. How often goes to cinema. 4. How often goes to Kinepolis movie theaters. 5. What does he/she think about the combination of movies and smell in cinemas? 6. Would he/she like that movies had smell? 7. Would he/she be willing to pay more for a cinema ticket if the movies had smells? 8. How much would he/she pay? 9. What movies genres should bring smells to the big screen (drama, romance, police, action)? 10. Other questions. - Implement market research in Kinepolis movie theaters and website. Achieve at least 500 customers in each movie theater (one unit per country) and another 500 on website. Deliverable 6.2: Trial phase The development of a demonstration strategy will make place to de implementation of a trial of the product in Kinepolis, based on market researchs results, so that Kinepolis knows exactly the target group and its preferences as well as the reference price consumers are willing to pay. This trial phase will be implemented in Kinepolis in a joint work with AAG and FS to install the equipment and give day-by-day support on any adjustments that need to be made. Jul/2013: Trial/demonstration phase. Duration: 5 months. Outputs: - Install trial OST equipment in 5 Kinepolis units, in different countries. - Continue to collect data from costumers, by handing a simple questionnaire with some questions about tastes, preferences, reference price, etc. Deliverable 6.3: Exploitation strategy This is the main objective of this WP: to develop and implement a coherent exploitation strategy, that will raise the projects chances to succeed, and will continue beyond the end of the contract, thus supporting the longer-term impact and sustainability of the project results. Our partners pro-actively build success while pursuing an innovating project. This deliverable aims to define a clear and convincing exploitation strategy, by

developing a clear implementation plan to launch and commercialize OST in Kinepolis movie theaters. This strategy includes the use of appropriate tools to effectively monitor progression and achieve a profitable way to exploit this new technology. This strategy will take into account the results of the prior phase in adapting and finalizing the product. Nov/2013: Analysis of previous collected data and development of an exploitation strategy. Outputs: - Analysis of data collected during testing phase. - Development of a clear implementation plan and further exploitation strategy.

Section D: Consortium Agreement THIS CONSORTIUM AGREEMENT is based upon REGULATION (EC) No 1906/2006 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 18 December 2006 laying down the rules for the participation of undertakings, research centres and universities in actions under the Seventh Framework Programme and for the dissemination of research results (2007-2013) hereinafter referred to as Rules for Participation and the European Commission Grant Agreement, adopted on 10 April 2007, hereinafter referred to as the Grant Agreement or EC-GA and Annex II adopted on 10 April 2007 Version 6 adopted on 24 January 2011, hereinafter referred to as Annex II of the EC-GA, and is made on 2012-05-03, hereinafter referred to as Effective Date BETWEEN: Alonso Advanced General - the Coordinator Kinepolis Group nv, Factory of smell, societ a responsabilit limitata, Sept Art Association, European Blind Union Hispania Productions Limited Liability Company - hereinafter, jointly or individually, referred to asParties orParty relating to the Project entitled ORIGINAL SMELL TRACK in short OST hereinafter referred to as Project. WHEREAS: The Parties, having considerable experience in the field concerned, have submitted a proposal for the Project to the European Commission as part of the Seventh Framework Programme of the European Community for Research, Technological Development and Demonstration Activities under the funding scheme of Collaborative Project. Article 1 - Object of the Consortium The object of the Consortium is to make a joint tender for the work set out in Sections A and B and to perform the contract if the Consortium receives the order. Article 2 - Administrative Office The Consortium has its administrative office at 12 Avenida Domingos Ferreira, 54312, Lisbon Portugal. Article 3 - Duration

3.1. The Consortium enters into force on the signature of the present Agreement by all the Members. 3.2. The Consortium may be wound up: 3.2.1. When the Consortium's tender is not accepted; 3.2.2. If the Contract is awarded to the Consortium, when all legal and contractual obligations of the Consortium and of each of its members by virtue of the present Agreement have been fulfilled; 3.2.3. When the Members' Meeting so decides for any other reason. Article 4 - Meetings 4.1. Competence The Members' Meetings decide all questions of policy and questions not reserved by this Agreement for the Project Manager's decision. 4.2. Convening of Members' Meeting 4.2.1. A Members' Meeting shall be convened by the Project Manager whenever necessary and in any case every 3 months. 4.2.2. Upon the request of any Member, the Project Manager shall convene a Members' Meeting as soon as practicable. 4.2.3. The reason for convening the meeting shall be stated in the notice thereof. 4.3. Voting 4.3.1. Each Member has one vote. 4.3.2. All decisions shall be unanimously adopted by the Members. Article 5 - Project Management 5.1. The management of the Consortium is entrusted to ngel Alonso Garcia (AAG) hereinafter called the "Project Manager". 5.2. The Project Manager shall carry out the decisions of the Members' Meetings and shall represent the Consortium in its relations with parties outside the Consortium, including in particular its relations with the Customer. 5.3. The Project Manager shall take all necessary measures to enable the Consortium to obtain and proper perform the Contract. 5.3.1. He is entrusted: - with carrying on all negotiations before and after the conclusion of the Contract; - with the commercial and technical management of the project, and in particular with overall planning and technical coordination; - with the establishment and coordination of a planned program of work within the Consortium, in agreement with the Contractor. Article 6 - Contract Negotiations

6.1. Each Member shall be entitled to participate in negotiations with the Customer affecting his part of the goods and services to be supplied. 6.2. At the end of the negotiations the Project Manager shall submit the contract proposals to the Members' Meeting for approval; such approval must be unanimous. Article 7 - Conclusion of the Contract 7.1. The Project Manager shall conclude the Contract with the Customer for and on behalf of the Consortium. The Contract shall provide that all Members are jointly and severally liable vis-a-vis the Customer. Article 8 - Division of the Work 8.1. A provisional division of the whole work between the Members shall whenever necessary be modified to define the exact division of the work among the Members, including the technical details and the prices of each Member's part of the Contract. Article 9 - Program of Work 9.1. In order to enable the Project Manager to establish and coordinate a planned program of work the Members shall send by 2012-12-31 at the latest a program of work specifying the earliest dates on which each Member can provide his share of the work. Article 10 - Confidentiality 10.1. The Members shall treat as confidential all business and trade secrets belonging to the other Members. 10.2. Any documents, drawings or other information relating to this Agreement received by a Member from other Members shall not be used by him except for the purposes of this Agreement. 10.3. The Members shall impose a like duty of confidentiality on anybody who assists in the performance of the Contract by advice or otherwise. Article 11 - Subcontracting 11.1. Every Member shall entitled to sublet the supply of materials, goods or services. He shall inform the other Members of the goods and services which he has sublet, but this obligation shall not extend to materials or minor details of the work. Article 12 - Invoicing - Payments 12.1. Each Member shall send his invoices directly to the Customer; he shall send a copy to the Project Manager. 12.2. If the payments are made to the Project Manager, he shall, immediately upon receipt, pay out to the Members all payments received from the Customer in respect of the goods and services supplied by them. Article 13 - Liability towards the Customer 13.1. The Members are jointly and severally liable towards the Customer. Article 14 - Expulsion of a Member

14.1. Where a Member suspends payment, or files a petition in bankruptcy, such Member may be expelled from the Consortium by decision of the other Members taken in the Members' Meeting. 14.2. The same shall apply in the case of a Member who commits a gross breach of his obligations and fails to make good his breach within a reasonable time after written notice thereof.

The Parties have caused this Consortium Agreement to be duly signed by the undersigned authorised representatives.
