FeePaymentInstructions:OddSemester2013

1. Feecannowbepaidthroughanyofthefollowingmeans. (i) Netbanking/credit/debitcard (ii) ThroughAxisbank (iii) ByDemanddraftonthedatesofregistration Notes: (i) NRI category Students need not follow these instructions. All NRI Students to follow the NRI FEE Remittance Instructionsonly. (ii) In case of deviation of Fee structure e.g. Financial Assistance from JPISF, Staff Ward Fee exemption etc., StudentsmustpaytheamountshowninthePayinSlipandsettlethebalancewithAccountsDepttlater. (iii) In case of short fall due to any reason the Accounts Deptt shall intimate the details to the students who shall berequiredtomakeuptheamountattheearliest. (i) Logontoyourwebkioskafter10June2013. (ii) OnthelefthandsidemenuSidemenuclickonlinkPayFeeOnLine. (iii) SelectaRegistrationCode(e.g.OddSem2013)fromthedropwindow. (iv) Clickonright()button (v) Studentdetailswillautomaticallyappearonthescreen. (vi) Afterverificationofthesamethestudentshouldpresstheexecutebutton. (vii) Studentfeedetailsshowingthepreviouslypaidfeeandcurrentduesshallbedisplayed. (viii) Press on Pay Now button. Thereafter, the option for mode of payment shall appear i.e. Credit/Debit card or Net banking. Select the preferred option (screen shot3). Fee Due amount, Transaction cost for on line paymentandTotaldueamountwillbeshown. (ix) Paynowwillleadtopaymentgateway. (x) OnSuccessfulpayment,studentwillberedirectedtotheFeeReceiptpagewhichhe/shecangenerateorsave. (xi) Incaseoftransactionfailure,aMessagewillbedisplayedaccordingly. (xii) If any error occurs during the transaction or otherwise Payment deducted, but Fee receipt not generated, studentswillbeadvisedtoviewtheOnLinefeepaidhistoryprovidedontheLefthandsideMenu(belowthe Pay Fee OnLine Link). In this students will be advised to contact to Accounts or IT support dept for their quires.

(i) Students maypay their Fee for the Odd Semester 2013 by depositing DDs/Pay Orders/Cash directlywith the AxisBankBranchesbyfollowingtheinstructionslistedbelow: (ii) Period of Fee Payment 10th June 2013 to 6th July 2013 (Monday to Friday between 10 am to 3.30 pm and onSaturdaysbetween10.00amto1.00pm) (a) PaymentbyCash/DDs/PayOrdersonly. (b) PaymentbyChequenotallowed. (c) PartpaymentofFeenotallowed (iii) IncaseofpaymentbyDD/Payorders,itshouldbepayableattheplaceofdeposit.Forexampleifdepositing inPatnaBranchDD/POshouldbepayableatPatnaonly).OutstationDD/POnotacceptable. (iv) Procedure: ReadinstructionsandthenclickheretoreachFeeDepositPayinSlipOddSemester2013 EnteryourEnrolmentNumber. YouwillreachFeedepositPAYINSLIP(withyourname&Feedetailspreprinted). Takeouttheprintoutoftwopages(oneStudentsCopyandoneBankcopy). GotoanynearestAXISBANKbranchwithPAYINSLIP(boththecopies). Deposit the prescribed fee by DDs / Pay Orders / Cash along with PAY IN SLIP (both Banks & Student copies). (h) AxisBankBranchwillkeepBankCopy.ItshallreturntheStudentCopywithStamp. (i) The Student must bring stamped copy of PAY IN SLIP on day of registration and submit the same with theFinance&AccountsDepttforissuingoftheFeeReceipt. (b) (c) (d) (e) (f) (g)
