Quiet Time

I have been asked to post a Crock by a good friend that enjoys reading my blogs and looks forward to them each week. So I will oblige. However, contrary to the past whereas I would post blogs in an effort to get under the skin of my enemies and give them a heads up on exactly what my next legal move was going to be, I must be careful not to do that in this edition. First there are no doubts these blogs bother the Factory, her dumbass husband, Scott Stanley, the Factorys former attorneys Louis Waterman and Scott Karem and a new dip-shit dork she has hired to harass me by the name of Steven Snow. I have received communication from both camps citing my blogs. They have asked me to negotiate with them to cease writing them. Since these blogs are guaranteed by my 1st Amendment right to freedom of speech and since they state facts, there is absolutely nothing these boneheads can do. Secondly, I want to officially inform Waterman, Karem and Snow that I will not be negotiating any sort of cease fire on my blogs. Reason for this is simple. I have named every one of you in my book Bitchslapped!. I can hardly negotiate an agreement to stop disparaging you publically when I cannot remove or change your identities in the book set to be released soon. I will also not be negotiating any deal whatsoever on the release of bank garnishment funds. I lose my right to sue Waterman, Snow and the Factory for unlawful garnishment by doing so. Trust me, I will win this battle and then race to the court house to file the action. Count on it! The past year I have felt the tides changing in my case. I remember in 2009 and 2010, I received bad news on a daily basis from the corrupt Judge Stephen George where he was finding in the Factorys favor again or holding me in contempt or some other issue they could find to pin on me. I remember the feeling I had of being terrified to walk to my mailbox. Today, I cant wait to get to the mailbox. The positive feeling of change is instilled deep in my soul right now. Whats right is right, as they say. The opposition no longer has a judge that was bought and paid for to rule in their favor so now they want to settle with me. I have given all of you dozens of chances in the past. You declined. Now, I am declining all offers from any of you. You know and I know that I have you by the balls and will soon not only win everything or have every court order voided and have a court order new proceedings. It is time for me to hump your leg a while. I will finish with law suits for fraud against all of you. I have been patient and will prevail.

The latest piece of evidence to prove opposition desperation can be found in the enhanced court audio files from a hearing taking place on August 9, 2013. The Guardian ad Litem (GAL), Chris Harrell and the Factory are recorded on audio working to plot against me. Keep in mind that the Factory, who represents herself and the GAL are supposed to be opposite of one another in addition to be opposition to me. So to see Harrell walk over to the table where the Factory sits in court on August 9th is extremely unusual. What the dumbasses didnt realize is that the microphone sitting on the table picked up everything they were saying. Obviously, I cannot divulge what they were saying in this blog but can tell you that they screwed up BIG time. This audio will be used in a civil action when I sue them for malicious prosecution and fraud. Good stuff!! Of course, the most important piece to this battle are my sons. My relationship with them continues to grow stronger than ever. So, the Factory loses that battle. She shouldnt have said bad things to them about me. As a result, the boys have lost respect for their mother and gained it for me. They LOVE spending time with me. This is the price you pay when you fail to do the right thing. When they have a choice to visit her or not, I suspect they will only do so when there are events making visits necessary. A buddy of mine used to say; lay back in the cut and slip them the rope. They will hang themselves. He could not have been more right! I have been patient and done just that. I have changed the way that I have approached the legal system. It has been successful so far and will continue to be. I am also dealing with opposing parties differently than I have in the past. That too is working great! The best part is: None of them can figure out what I am doing and all of it is legal and well within my right to do. I am meeting with Jason Riley of the Courier-Journal this week to put my story in print and internet news outlets. He is amazed by my case and cannot believe he hasnt heard of me before. When he did research me, he learned that I was not kidding about the allegations and claims of corruption I was making to him. Getting this case into the media will help others going through this. My bed was made a long time ago. Any success I have now will cause other judges to rule properly in fear of being exposed. Helping other families makes everything worth it. I am excited to be a pioneer that broke through the good ole boy network known as Jefferson Family Court. The people that help make that possible for these families do not want their names plastered in a book or in the media. Compared to the Factory, Karen Sypher will

look like Mary Poppins. Waterman, Karem and George will be subjected to unwanted negative media attention during next years election which the time of such was unintentional but exactly what needed to happen so that voters will see the name George on a judges ballot and mark another one instead next November. I apologize for the tight lipped nature of this Crock but it is time to start working this thing towards closure. I will update you when more information becomes available.
