PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES

Project: Telenor Managed Services Regional Team Lead (jully 2012 to present) Responsibilities: Supervising the power issues of in source land (almost 500 sites) on 24/7 basis. Direct telephonic/ email correspondence with client/TP regarding different O&M and quality related issues. Team Management and follow up for timely fault rectification(jhang, bhakar, toba, samundri, sahiwal, okara) To make sure to minimize the outage by taking proactive decision/ managing available resources, in order to maintain KPIs as per SLA. Follow up with different subcons regarding major OVH, Rental DGs, supply chain & pending issues. Sound knowledge about DGs .i.e. Perkins DJ, HP & HL series, Cummins BTT, Johndeer 30KVA, Detroit/Siemens. Negotiation with client regarding financial & SAC related matters. Monitoring the site outages on NetAct terminal in parallel, providing back support to BSS Team.

Performing FLM (alarm monitoring, site logs) & SLM (TRX unblocking, site configuration, UB issues) on NSN software for better TCH availability. Correspondence with internal departments region wise (preparing the CP billing tracker, T-Prime tracker & GLO tracker) and reporting to LHR office. Meanwhile managing and auditing the warehouses. Supervising and cross check the PM issues. (Comparing the CM with PM) and afterwards pushing team to perform better by taking necessary actions. Resource management in case of new hiring. Cash Management for emergency rectification. Escalating & resolving different issues like civil, security, transportation with the cooperation of concerned departments.

AK Electronics (Pvt) Ltd O&M Vendor Of Warid, Zong & Telecard O&M Team Lead (December 2009 June 2012) Responsibilities: 24/7 monitoring of all alarms generated by Ericson and Huawei. Direct reporting to CEO and responsible for providing technical, maintenance support to maintain KPIs. Taking overall responsibility of all O&M issues for 800 BTS Sites of Warid Telecom. Lead and supervise the field service Engineers. Daily and Monthly Report of active alarms (GIO, MF, HT, LF) & Follow ups. BTS Operation & Maintenance, 24 Hours on call operations(Monitoring the Power Issues, DG, LC, IPS, IT, ATS, Fire & External Alarms, DDF, ACCU, PDB) Able to cope well with pressure, energetic with good leadership and management skills combined with sound judgment and an ability to build good relationship with colleagues, vendors and clients. Update the O&M record (PM, CM, Outages) region wise and finally reports to Valuable Clients.

Management of diesel engine maintenance and control systems. Managing the Billing Tracker of Sites. Supervising the HOTLINE. To make quotations inline with marketing and business strategy of the Company against the special work. TO generate the PO to the suppliers and the sub contractors for various works. JVs with Warid, Wincom and Vendors (Insuring the quality aspects). Coordination with Warid/Wincom NOC, Huawei and Ericson FM to enclosed the outage while avoiding Penalty.

Consistel Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd O&M Engineer (July 2008 December 2009) Responsibilities: Managing the O&M responsibilities of whole South (Quetta, Karachi, Sukkur, Rahim Yar Khan). Coordination with Warid NOC and Ericsson FM. Efficiently manage the available resources for O&M Fault rectification to minimize the outage duration. Meetings with VENDORS and SUBCONS. BTS Operation and Maintenance, 24 Hours on Call Operations (Monitoring the Power Issues). Supervising the quality aspects of sites even before getting On Aired. Update the O&M record region wise and finally reports to O&M Manager. Managing the Billing Tracker of Sites. Auditing and PM (Including BOQ Verification).

ZOND Telecom (CM PAK) Internship ( 4-months )

Challenge: Four (4) Months internship leading to job at ZONG (CHINA MOBILE) in OMC department. Responsibilities: Alarm Monitoring (Efficiently execution of alarms to FOPS Team).
