Blood pressure cuffs Stethoscopes Thermometers and probe covers (oral and rectal) Exam gloves Hand sanitizer, sanitizing hand wipes or alcohol treated paper towel stored in Ziploc plastic bag Gauze dressings: stretch roll gauze; 4x4 gauze pads Tape 1 paper or cloth Saline solution: boil 1 pint of water add teaspoon salt, store in plastic bottle Hydrogen peroxide Band aids: regular, large pad, butterfly Sulfur powder: powder (add to Vaseline) or cream Ace bandages with safety pins: small and large Scissors Tweezers Sharp needles: straight, curved with strong thread or suture kit Vaseline (for open chest wounds) Clean boiled water, in a water bottle Eucalyptus oil Cotton balls in Ziploc bag Alcohol prep pads , or bottle of 70% alcohol 1- glass eye cup Betadine small bottle and/or swabs Triangular bandage that could be used for a sling Small container of safety pins UA cups (3) with UA sticks (Benz) Lancets and/or glucometer with strips and control solution Charcoal powder and tablets (no sugar) + flaxseed or psyllium for poultices Small notepad and pens for taking notes and writing instructions Extra Ziploc bags to put supplies in and to throw away contaminated waste

For home treatments: Plastic sheets, large bags or shower curtain to protect the bed Prayer and the Holy Bible to share a word in due season. Optional but suggested: Echinacea glycerite base Ginger, powder or capsule Vitamin C (1000 mg) or Ester-C B-100 vitamins; B 12 sublingual tablet Oil of garlic or oil of mullein for ear infections Vitamin E capsules for wound care or warts (apply nightly) Vegan vitamin (dry) A or Beta-carotene Multivitamins/chelated iron; Childrens; pre-natal Honey for wound care or syrups (not raw must be boiled first) Goldenseal powder for wound care and infections Poor community or 3rd World Antibiotic ointment triple Fungal cream Tolfanate Hydrocortisone cream 1% Medicine paper cups or envelopes to put Rx in and write instructions on outside Syringes for liquid meds or herbal formulas Oto/Opthalamoscope with multiple tips if available Liquid Tylenol, childrens; tabs for adults Acetaminophen adult and childrens Artemisia annua tablet and liquid: Artemether B made in Belgium at pharmacy 90-100%effective against chloroquine resistant malaria Suction bulb infants used for nasal mucous newborns or enema for high fever, or rehydration for severe dehydration when nothing can be taken by mouth and no IV available. English local language dictionary when possible
