Responsibilities The PEMC Platform Coordinator is a centralized resource for regional Property Management teams to utilize in meeting business objectives and key performance indicators. This individual must interface with all account team and client levels and be able to process and develop information to meet their needs, as well as coordinate various account level facilities activities and projects. This role could be based in Charlotte or Chicago.

Key Responsibilities: Manage, coordinate, and execute Facility Management services and small projects within assigned portfolio or region Significant involvement with business systems tied to financial information, work order data, and facility statistics must be able to extract data and craft into meaningful reports and information Assist in Platform Compliance/Operations audit(s) as applicable Manage service providers and create vendor management routines to ensure Service Level Agreements are met and work is completed satisfactorily for the Client Develop and execute reporting routines to support platform, region, account and/or Client goals and objectives Lead, develop and/or participate in improvement initiatives that increase efficiency and/or quality, reduce costs and/or reduce risk for the Client or Firm in regards to local, state, and/or federal laws and regulations Document facility management processes and ensure appropriate processes are followed across the portfolio provide team training on assigned responsibilities within subject matter expertise Interface with Call Center, Supply Chain Management, Engineering and Energy & Sustainability teams on special projects including technology enhancement opportunities and process improvements Provide discrete and confidential handling of sensitive information Performs additional job duties as requested Qualifications Qualifications Bachelors degree Experience in commercial real estate and/or facilities management, a plus Proven track record of excellent internal and external customer service Financial and administrative experience preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally in a clear and concise manner Advanced understanding of SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, and Access) Detail oriented, organized, flexible and a strong team player willing to assume new projects Ability to handle multiple tasks, manage time effectively, and establish priorities to meet deadlines in a fast paced team environment High degree of innovation and independence and the ability to work with minimal supervision Flexible hours may be required Equal Employment Opportunity Jones Lang LaSalle is an Equal Opportunity Employer Jones Lang LaSalle is an equal opportunity employer and committed to developing and maintaining a diverse workforce.
