Your HP laptop has the restore files loaded onto a hidden drive within the laptop. With the press of one button, you will have your HP laptop restored and running again.

Turn on the HP laptop. When the blue HP screen appears, press the F10 key repeatedly until the Recovery Menu appears. A progress indicator informs you of the time before the recovery process is to take place.
