In my Organization Performance review discussions are conducted with high quality and care The Appraisal system provide scope for communicating top management plans and business goals to staff below. I am aware of the importance of rating in annual performance driven value? The feedback of the Appraisal is discussed thoroughly by your manager after the appraisal process. The criteria used for the performance appraisal is clear to me. Before fixing the annual goal there is a proper discussion between appraise and his reporting Manager. I agree that the existing performance appraisal system in the organization is very effective and transparent. There is a good professional trust and relation between you and the appraiser I am aware of Organizations expectation from individuals through Performance Appraisal System.
