The respondent also refused to give due respect to petitioners emotional needs. Further, respondent fails to understand the simple concept of respect and humility to be given and accorded towards the petitioner.

3. The psychological incapacity of respondent is GRAVE. Respondent is incapable of faithfully carrying out the ordinary and essential duties required in a marriage. He is without regard whatsoever for the sanctity of family life as shown by her indifference toward his wifes feelings and needs. His total lack of sensitivity and respect for his wife shows lack of consideration and cruelty when he would emotionally and verbally abuse her. 4. when respondent deliberately failed to provide emotional and financial support to his wife, despite having his own job. Instead, he remains dependent on the assistance and support of his wife as well as that of his family. 5. Incurable. Petitioner, through her efforts, even attempts to salvage their marriage by seeking guidance from families and even a marriage counselor proved futile, mainly due to respondents unwillingness to accept change and responsibility and admit that their marriage possible collapse was partly his fault.
