Assistant Human Resources Officer

Key Responsibilities: Manage & be responsible for all-rounded general office administrative duties Monitor staff restaurant operations, telephone system, copiers system and company bus services Supervise a team of admin. staff Assist in HR ad hoc assignments and projects Requirements: Matriculation or above At least 5 years of general office administration experience with practical supervisory experience is an advantage Proficiency in MS Office applications Good coordination, communication and interpersonal skill s Outgoing personality, willing to learn & positive thinking Well organized, able to handle & prioritize multiple tasks independently Good command of both spoken and written English Ways to apply: We offer 5-day working week, attractive remuneration package and career development opportunity.
