Confirmation: Registration is confirmed by email. If there is a problem or schedule change, you will be notified by email or phone.
Withdrawals & Refunds: Notice of voluntary student withdrawal must be made in writing and is effective upon receipt by VisArts.
Up to 14 days before class start: 100% refund, less $15 registration fee. From 13 days before class starts: 70% refund, less $15
fee. After 1st class: 50% refund, less $15 fee. No refunds after 2nd class session. Cancellation: VisArts reserves the right to cancel
class if minimum enrollment is not met. Cancellations will take place up to 2 days before scheduled start of class. Full tuition and
registration fees will be returned if class is cancelled. Photo release policy: VisArts takes photographs of students for possible use in
our publications, applications for funding, website, and other development/public relations purposes. No compensation is povided to

VisArts is about a 5 minute walk from the Rockville Metro stop on the Red Line.
Exit the Metro following the signs pointing to “Rockville Town Center.” Walk
towards 355N and E. Middle Lane. Follow 355 North away from E. Middle Lane
about 2-3 blocks. Turn left onto Beall Ave. Turn left onto Gibbs Street. VisArts
shares the block with the Rockville Public Library and is the large glass building
on the left looking from Beall Ave.
