Students are expected to take an active role in class discussions and small group activities. Attendance will be taken at every class. Participation includes: arriving to classes on time with your readings completed; a co-operative attitude; Willingness to participate in large and small group activities; Willingness to listen to the opinions of other students in a nonjudgmental manner; Willingness to share your ideas without dominating the conversation; and Completion of assignments. Format Requirements for Assignments: All assignments must be completed in Microsoft Word 2007. Use only Arial or Calibri Size 12, spaced as directed in class for each assignment. All work will be graded for grammar and punctuation. All documents are expected to be professional in appearance. Multi-page documents must be stapled in the top left hand corner. (Do NOT place your work in a cover.) Submission Requirements for Assignments: 1. The Written Group Report is to be submitted in both printed (handed in) and electronic form. 2. All other assignments are to be handed in on paper as directed in class. 3. Assignment details will be discussed in class at the appropriate times. Late Assignments i. Late assignments are NOT accepted without a Doctors note.
4. Absence in Midterm exam is highly discouraged. If there is an excused reason then the exam will be taken as par University rules. 5. Class presentation (Case Analysis/ Any selective topics) will be conducted and evaluated on Individual/ group basis. Students are expected to form groups consisting of 4-5 members for the presentation; 6. Class participation (Students feedback) is highly encouraged and that will be considered as continuous assessment of performances. 7. Mobile phones should be switched to silent mode. 8. Any type of unfair practices in the exam or even in the class is highly prohibited. 9. Students must follow the dress code as well as hang ID card. 10.Code of Conduct, Behavior and Manner should be as a Business student.
