6:Now transfer it in to a Colander to drain the water, leave the rice in the C 10 minutes to drain completely. 7:Now heat up 2 tbsp ghee in a deep pan. Add cinnamon stick, cloves and then saut for 1 minute.

8:Now add chopped onions, cashew nuts, ginger garlic paste and chopped then fry for another 3 minute.

9:Now add paneer, green peas,capsicum and all the powdered masal everything for 3 minute. Now add the drained rice and fry for another 1 minute. Remove from the flame and serve hot.

Method

Now heat 2 tbsp ghee then deep fry the potatoes until golden brown, dra keep it aside. Grind onion, and cashew nuts separately and keep it in two separate plates.

Now add butter in to the kadai and heat it, put Cinnamon stick, Cloves an leaves stir it few seconds.

Add the ginger garlic paste, chopped green chilli and onion paste cook on a flame for 3 minutes. Add tomato puree cook for another 2 minutes. Add all powdered masalas, and salt and fry everything for 5 minutes (until get separated).

Add beaten curd and cashew nut paste cook for another 2 minutes. Step 10: Add potatoes and cup water Put the flame to minimum cook till the become thicker (usually takes 6 minutes). Step 11: Garnish with chopped dhania patta.
