3) Preparing the packages / boxes i. Make sure that the box is fully packed and please don't ever let your stuff / items loose in the box (not fully filled box) as the box arrangement might be unstable and could damage your box. The rate for one pallet is based on the arrangement of box (each side must not exceed 1m) and not on the total volumes of the boxes. So it is recommended that you use the same box size for all of your packages to prevent any exceeding volume during the arrangement. You can also ship any item without using a box but make sure that you pack it properly . Please be aware that for any improper packed goods, we will not take responsibility for any kind of damage in general.
