INSTRUCTIONS:

FOR THE VOID CAFV: The VOID CAFV has been reformatted into a generic form for general application in any STATE application. You will have to add, as needed, any inclusion(s) if to be used within the federal venue. You are merge into the VOID CAFV your particular information; name address, whos it going to, Case number and any other information as may be needed. The particular documents are set for WITNESSES as it will allow for easier completion for those incarcerated. If One/you have someone on the outside with computer, they insert the standard NOTARY ACKNOWLEDGMENT and have the item notarized in Ones behalf. Otherwise, the witnessing is sufficient. FOR THE OPPORTUNITY TO CURE: 1) Same points apply as found in the instructions for the Affidavit below. 2) At the bottom of the page where you are to sign, you can either sign in Red Ink or in Blue ink however, remove the verbage below the signature line in brackets! 3) You may alter or remove the text below the signature line if you feel its necessary. FOR THE AFFIDAVIT OF DEFAULT: 1) The Affidavit is prepared from the position that the affiant is a Secured Party creditor. If you are not a SPC, then you must go through the Affidavit and correct any fact statement(s) and remove such verbiage and re-clarify the fact statement to better fit your situation. 2) There is reference to certain documents having been recorded at a County Recorders office. If you have not done so, just alter the sentence to state the fact that the documents were filed on a UCC-1, state the filing number and State of filing. 3) on page 3 & 4, at the bottom where you are to sign, be sure to correct the signature block if you are not SPC and before the Witnesses section, if you are not within the International Sovereigns Association, remove same from that block of text at the top of page 4.

4) On page four where the witnesses sign, below the signature line, you are to type their name in, OR they may print their name and the same goes for their location/address! 5) If the witnesses are not SPC, then remove those words to the right of their name, below the signature line.

FOR THE NOTICE OF NON-RESPONSE: 1) First paragraph, first line; make appropriate change to whos making the affidavit a man or a woman. If a man, then be sure to delete (or woman) from your finished document! 2) Third Party or a Notary is to or can act as the third party to receive a copy of the response. 3) If Third Party is a private person, he or she signs the AFFIDAVIT and has it notarized! 4) If the third party is a NOTARY, the notary cannot notarize their own document, SO, the notary SIGNS a CERTIFIICATE OF NON-RESPONSE! In that case, remove the words AFFIDAVIT of and center the word CERTIFICATE at the top of the page and remove the State of ______________ and County of ______________ and the ACKNOWLEDGEMENT block at the bottom of the page!

NOTE; Due to time restraints in the Office, ONLY THOSE ON RECORD WHO HAVE PURCHASED the VOID CAFV will be permitted to have a few (1 or 2) questions answered on a case by case basis.
