With the kick-off of the 2013 Ethics and Compliance Training process next week, PAE will introduce a new online training process for its employees. Directions for the training process appear below, as well as directions for those require other means of training.

Please note that translations are available for the Ethics and Code of Conduct V3 course will be available online by June 8.If you have questions about distribution of the training materials or with questions regarding training completion, please contact PAE Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer, Jessica Bejarano.

2013 Ethics & Compliance Training Process:

PAEs 2013Ethics & ComplianceTrainingwill kick off with the training of executives, program managers, deputy program managers, Chief of Teams and the legal departmentbeginning on June 4;specific functional areasbeginning on June 11; and the majority of the employee workforce beginning on June 25. The conclusion of training has been set as December 2, 2013.

On the respective start dates listed above, employees will receive a system generated notification with their username, password information and course requirements. All employees will receive Ethics & Compliance training credit upon completion of the online training modules/CD/or training slides. It is imperative that all employees complete their training requirements prior to midnight on December 2, 2013. Failure to complete the ethics and compliance training could impact annual performance reviews.

The Ethics & Compliance Trainingis comprised ofself-paced courses. Employees can complete the compliance courses on their own by utilizing the online training tool; however, there will also be a CD for those who cannot access the on-line tool and hard copy print-outs available for those who will not have access to a computer. Please see below information on the specific methods for completing the training:

Online Training: To access the NAVEX Global online training tool, please visit the following website: http://pae.elt-inc.com

NAVEX Global offers several different bandwidth options: 1. Video (128 kbps or faster) 2. Photo/Audio (48 kbps or faster) 3. Photo-text only (dial up)

CD : The training CD, which was included in the Ethics & Compliance binders mailed to each program manager, contains the Ethics Code of Conduct Course. This option is available for those who do not have access to the online training tool. Employees who complete the training on the CD will need to complete the Acknowledgement Form and have their manager sign off and send to the respective ethics training administrator. The ethics training administrator will upload the employees completion status to the NAVEX Global learning management system tool (LMS).

Hard Copy Print-Out: The Ethics & Compliance training binder contains the Ethics Code of Conduct Course and is an option available to those employees who do not have access to a computer. Employees who complete the training using the hardcopy materials in the binder will need to complete the Acknowledgement Form and have their manager sign off and send to the programs respective ethics training administrator. The ethics training administrator will upload the employees completion status to the NAVEX Global LMS.
