AUTOMATIC CUT-OFF DEADLINE: Please Advise A written confirmation on the event before the stipulated deadline is required. The hotel reserves the right to release automatically all unconfirmed bookings should there be no guaranteed by deposit unless separate credit agreement has been agreed earlier.

Rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and inclusive of 10% Service Charge and 6% government tax. 2. 50% Deposit is required upon confirmation and all payments made are non refundable in part or in full 3. In the event of no-show for whatever reasons, the hotel is entitled to the full payment of the duration of the package. 4. All cancellation is not refundable. 5. No outside food and beverage are allowed (otherwise corkage and loading fee will be imposed.) All members taking part in any activities organized by the Hotel shall do so at their own risk. The Hotel shall not be responsible for any losses or injury sustained by anyone. All tours members are advised to insure themselves against injuries and loss o f personal belongings. Guest is responsible to bear any additional cost besides those stated in the packages and no credit facilities will be given. Our official check in time is 14:00 hours and check out time is 12:00 hours. The hotel also reserve the right to charge a half-day room rate for late check-out until 18:00 hours and full day rate after 18:00 hours.
